This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles! Unit #163 is ground level and 2nd unit from the beach (approximately 20 paces). Deeming it 'almost' ocean front with stunning views. The following is provided for your comfort: high efficiency Fujitsu A/C and ceiling fan; FREE WiFi; CD player with input jack for playing your digital music; towels (both regular and beach); all necessary kitchenware including silverware and glassware; microwave; small fridge with separate freezer door (there are two ice machines on property); electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board; DVD player. Let us carry you away with ocean breezes and the beauty of the Garden Isle in comfort in 163! You can BBQ poolside or enjoy the serenity of private Waipouli Beach from the comfort of your lanai. 163 is in a breathtaking location on the Garden Isle. Enjoy easy access to a number of Kapa'a's biggest hot spots, such as Smith's Family Lu'au, Fern Grotto and Wailua Falls. You have the opportunity to relax in a resort-like setting with a beautiful, beachfront location while you to soak up the Hawaiian sun. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all. Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property. Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM *Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. *Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear. *IMPORTANT: The standard number of allowed guests is 3. If you wish to add more guests to your trip, there is an extra person fee of $30 per guest beyond the standard allowed guests. If you think there is a chance you will have to cancel your trip, please consider purchasing trip insurance from the company we recommend (Yonder Insurance) and mention Kauai Vision Rentals sent you. Yonder gives back with every travel insurance policy sold and was started with a social mission in mind. "We will feed a hungry child for a week with every policy purchased." Providing meals for kids in Nepal and Burma. As Yonder grows more meals are provided to these remote places. Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.

This room has an amazing view & most amenities needed. The ocean is a 10 second walk from your lanai. Sunrise is spectacular & you will find many other guests to share the experience with. It is a short walk from Lava lava restaurant which makes for easy breakfast & convenient cocktails & yard games. Daily yoga at Kauai shores hotel. Pool, hot tub, grill, lovely & super close. The grounds are immaculate. The room, however, is desperately in need of a deep cleaning. Mold on curtain, shower curtain, wall appliances, vents. Built up goopy dust on lamps & behind bed. Stains on lamp shade and bed covers. Dirt on dishes and utensils.There is a locked door to adjacent room & sound carries as if you are in the same room as your neighbors. We loved our stay but the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

Just steps away from the beach….sunrise then full moon rising over the ocean. Quiet, near great activities and restaurants and about half way between Princeville and Poipu. We will definitely stay here again!
