We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 843 N 17th Ave. The manager was very prompt in replying to us throughout our stay and made us feel very welcomed in the apartment.The apartment was very clean and very accommodating for our needs. We definitely will consider booking this apartment during our next visit in Fort Lauderdale - great location!

We had a great stay. Everything was super clean, just as pictured and described and the location was so close to downtown FLL as well as the beach. Perfect spot for our family to stay close to our family for Thanksgiving. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It's bright, clean, and very-well maintained. Our every need was carefully thought out: the beds, including the hide-a-bed, were comfortable; kitchen well-stocked with appliances, dishes, flatware, and pots; both bathrooms are small but beautifully updated with fluffy towels and plenty of hot water from the on-demand water heater; patio has comfy furniture and tables and the pool is cleaned weekly; small details like tissues in the living area and both bedrooms were appreciated. Our host, Silvio, was very responsive before and during our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Great location! Perfect place for 4 adults. Comfortable and clean. Close to dining, beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Would definitely book again for our next trip to Fort Lauderdale!

Our stay was great, close to the beach and so much within walking distance and communication with our host was great and quick to respond.

Owner was very responsive and was communicative in the check in process. The space was clean and tastefully decorated. The unit had everything we needed so we didn't have to worry about anything for out staycation. The neighborhood was really nice and was very walkable.
