Just a few improvements and this could be a really nice place to stay.

Convenient to everything.

The air conditioner should’ve been on when we got there. The room was hot. And then it took us a minute to figure out how to use the air conditioner. The Netflix needs to be paid for we had no television. The shower curtain needs to be longer nicer pillows and a nice chair to sit in. Would be nice instead of right at the table or on the bed and the sink needs to be attached to the wall in the bathroom. The host gave us the wrong code to the key entry and we were told to park in the wrong spot.

Perfect place! Perfect stay ❤️

I loved EVERYTHING about this Studio I just flew in from Thailand. A long 36 hour flight. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but when I saw the room I was very impressed. I went to extend my stay but it was already booked I’m very disappointed I have to leave I have ZERO complaints

Location close to Tampa attractions

The location was nice and close to attractions in Tampa. The facilities in the apartment was also fine. Great with private parking.

The host threw a party, that we were not informed about. It was difficult for us to sleep that night. The water pressure was very low.

Very good

The price was very nice. The bright light courtyard with motion lights was a great feature. It's in a quiet cul de sac. Overall, I'd definitely stay again (possibly bringing my own pillows and towels).

The shower curtain is too short. Water gets all over the floor. Some nicer pillows and towel and a better shower curtain would make a huge difference. There is a little noise travel from the main to the connected apartment.

Exceptional

Staying at Sunshine was a convenient way to spend my birthday and be able to see all the sights in Tampa. Being so close to the attractions and beaches made it so convenient.

Not much of an issue, but the bathroom door wouldn't shut very well. I was afraid to slam it shut to close it and making to much noise.

I can’t recommend this place to anyone since so many things were bad.

The owner had text me with the lock code but with all the flight delays and everything else, I didn’t see the text. I called upon arrival and he seemed annoyed but he did help me. He just repeated himself that he had text me the instructions. Instructions should be sent when credit card is charged.

My safety from the water on the floor from the shower and he joked about his single friend could keep me warm since I had no heat. Not funny. Skimpy with both towels and paper towels made the bathroom a hazard or accident waiting to happen.

Nice, clean and convenient

I expected the bare basics out of this stay since it was so reasonably priced, but we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. Don't get me wrong, its a room with a basic kitchenette and bath, but very clean and updated with coffee, some water in the fridge. There is even a cute little area off to the side with a little table and chair set to sit outside! Super cute! Would highly recommend if you need a comfortable clean place to stay. Would be good for someone that needs a quick stop off the airport as its pretty close for a great price. Owner contacted me when I didn't check in at the time I stated just to make sure I was able to get in ok - THAT is great customer service.

The bedding is kind of sparse and not really that comfortable. A thicker comforter and better pillows would be nice.

Do not book!

Nothing. If the power was on it might be ok, but completely worthless, expensive, and aggravating experience. Had to book another place and still no refund.

This wasn't just inconvenient or undesirable, it was blatantly dysfunctional with no accountability or recourse. Booked based on basic amenities and was not informed of no electricity until after arrival. No lights, refrigerator, air-conditioning, or way to cook and the host won't give our money back! Booking.com isn't helping so far, but said they'd reinvestigate. It's been over two weeks though.

Very good

I like that the room was cozy and clean but I think the shower needs a stronger shower liner because the water spills all over the bathroom and the blankets should alittle more thick n comfy and the pillows to be thicker other then that the place was nice n quiet.The owner was very nice he helped us with bee hive that was near our door we called him with a concern and he came by and knock out the bee mud piles. I give this place a 8.

Overall enjoyed our stay very much.

Property was very easy to find and affordable, instructions on how to access the property and room were easy to understand. Room was clean and cozy, was a small area outside to sit. close to all of Tampas attractions and resturants.

Tv wouldnt work properly, had to keep unplugging and plugging it back in to get to work properly. Nieghbors were loud a argueing a couple of times.
