Super beat. Deep wear and tear on cabinets. Scratches all over appliances. Sticky dirty floors. Had to wear socks to walk around. Dead bugs on bed and chairs. Filthy walkways. Elevator didn't work. Vague smell of cigarettes in the room. Sheets were clean though.

Dirty, roaches every corner. Smell like a box of ciggarete. People smoking marihuana kn every corner. It was horrible. Had to leave 3hrs after check in. Never again

The room was adequate but they have no security to control excessive noise all night long by other customers..the noise started and continued talking loud ,yelling,,etc at midight and continued till I opened my door and told them that we were trying to sleep..after some argument they entered their room

The office wasn’t open, so we had to wait for check in. There are two of this brand within 5 miles of each other. Our reservation didn’t specify which hotel it was. Therefore we waisted time going to the wrong one. The main door had no sash, therefore dirt, leaves and small items could blow into the room. Accomodations were old, rusted and mildewed.

I had to throw away food because the fridge did not work, put in three complaints, never fixed, had to go to front desk every other day to recharge key card, front desk was very rude about it, overall a lousy two week stay

Toilet wouldn’t flush, bed had plastic under sheets that crinkled all night, no trash can, tv to dark to see, no usb port. Electrical outlet missing face plate and sparked when I tried to charge phone!

The price of our one night stay was much, much higher than the value. The room smelled of pot. The trash can was full. The sounds of planes flying over kept us from sleeping soundly.

It would have been nice to be informed at check in that you have to ask for a hairdryer or anything you would need for the kitchen. Everything was clean but the room we stayed in would need a major paint job and update. It would not take much to convert it into an appealing appearance. Just paint the walls an rip out the nasty carpet. The lady at check in was very friendly, The guy at check out at 7 am should search for a job he likes more. When the room service staff does its best the managers should do as well , as they earn more. Owner and managers you should be ashamed !

It was smelly and there was mold all over the walls. The place was infected with bugs. They also charged me a $100 deposit. I’m not very happy with my stay there.

First time at extended stay. Like: close to airport. Did not like: lack of basic amenities, no hair dryer, no dishes, glasses, etc., no coffee maker, no hangers. What appeared to be mold in corners of ceiling of shower, no charging ports.

Not a bad place but our room had cockroaches and other bugs and the bathroom light burnt out too late at night to have it fixed. Only thing in the kitchen was a tea towel no dishes or coffee maker or silver ware. Close to the airport which we needed.

The sink in the bathroom was cracked and dirty looking. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby desk to check me in. The people in the room Nextdoor were loud and partying with loud music and I sent a message to front desk but nothing happened. It took 30 minutes for me to locate the one hidden trash can in a cupboard. There were no cups or anything like was advertised. The breakfast was a pkg muffin and a pkg of oatmeal or grits. I’m not impressed.

Bathtub faucet dripped and could be shut off. Mold was growing on bathroom walls. Bathroom door would not close. Bugs everywhere, including cockroaches. Sketchy people seemed to be doing a drug deal in the parking lot at 10p. "Breakfast" was hot water and granola packets and prepackaged muffins.

This was one of my worst hotel stays. I’ve stayed in extended stays before and they all seem to have their share of issues but the bed was rock hard in this location, it faintly smelled like cigarettes whether it was in the curtains or the wall I don’t know. And the noise outside my door from other guests/dogs throughout the night and morning was absurd even at a rate less than $100. The water pressure was fantastic and the service when I checked in was also great. Other than that it was a very poor stay

This is a dilapidated and run down. Extended stay. Everything needs to be replaced. Yes this place is not clean. The service. Staff is not caring or helpful. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location is bad because of being so close to the airport and hearing planes all night, and its in the ghetto. The service is bad, you have to call the lobby to be able to get inside. they require a $100 deposit you get back 3-4 days after check out. The "Queen" bed is closer to a twin, not comfortable for 2 people. The rooms were very outdated and the floors were gross. Also no cleaning services during your stay unless you want to pay a fee!!! Like why am I paying $100/night and you cant bother to give fresh towels. Also no coffee pot and no breakfast. And room smelled like mold!

Couldnt sleep. Didn't feel safe. My dog guarded the door all night We arrived late and it was dark. No signs to indicate driveway. Hardctime finding the place. Dark and scary. Day staff seemed friendly. Left after one night

I entered the room, and saw the bed was neatly made. However, I went into the bathroom, and saw a bath mat/towel was on the floor, and was dirty. I did not see a stack of a clean towel set: bath towel, wash cloth, bath mat/towel. Later, I did see two bath towels in one spot and some wash cloths in another. Why were they in different places, and no bath mat? The next day, the bathroom light went out, and there was a bug on the shower wall. I told all of this to the staff. I was informed that housekeeping was only once every 2 weeks, and that i had to bring down the dirty towels in order to get new ones only within certain hours. I'm wondering whether the bedsheets were ever changed after the guest before me? The walls are super thin, meaning you can hear your neighbors and the outside. The staff was ultimately helpful and friendly, but general housekeeping and providing clean towels should be a daily occurrence. If you only want the BARE minimum, this is for you!

It’s a dump the building is in disrepair. The room had a drug infest cheap motel smell which was unbearable. Fridge was rusted and cabinets were chipped and old. Rust on the shower curtain carpet should’ve been replaced yesterday but it was clean but cleaning won’t save this awful experience also way over priced $140 not worth it!!!
