Located in Ocean City, this charming cottage for R 3,545 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Quaint1950s beach cottage. Very rare single family home on a large private lot with a fenced in yard. Large deck with grill. Views of the lagoon. Updated kitchen and bath. Large private outdoor shower. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Plentiful off street parking. We are accepting renters 30 years of age or older except for families. No groups, senior weeks or parties. Enjoy your stay in this charming home in the desirable Gold Coast section of Ocean City. This home has newer appliances, newer and some classic furniture. Located close enough to walk to the action but far enough to avoid the crowds. Just a short ~8-10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and seconds to the Bay. The house has a stocked and equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Downstairs has a half bathroom and convenient large outdoor shower, living room with a pull-out couch, and 1 bedroom or bonus TV room. The living room, downstairs bedroom / bonus room and master bedroom have flat screen smart TVs. There is a front porch with great people watching so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee. In the rear is a large fenced back yard with a deck where you can grill and chill in the ocean breeze. The 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms, master with a nice king bed and great kids bedroom with twin over full bunk bed as well as another full size bed. The master bedroom has a private balcony with great views coupled with the ocean breeze. House has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. This unique rental offers the opportunity to enjoy vacationing with the ability to have privacy. Close enough to walk (or a quick bike ride) to the action but far enough away from the crowds. The property has central air and high-speed internet. Roku devices are used for TV. There is a smart lock which allows guests to enter a code for easy access without the hassle of having to bring keys back and forth to the beach. This property is close to both the beach/boardwalk and the bay so there are plenty of fun activities to enjoy within walking distance. The house is located within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants including Mario’s and Mallon’s (Famous sticky buns / donuts). This house is well maintained and will receive fresh paint for 2023. Professional cleaning services are performed prior to all check-ins. There is a very large driveway for more cars than guests will bring. - No bed or bath linens will be provided at the property. Please bring your own. Upstairs ceilings are about 7.5 feet FYI for anyone very tall. Ocean City has several rental services which you can find via your preferred search engine for sheets, towels, umbrellas and other items. Note the house has exterior security cameras on the garage and front/side of house.

Really wonderful stay visiting with some relatives. Cozy house. The fenced yard and back deck are amazing. Nice view of bay through empty lot across the street. Short drive or long walk to beach or boardwalk. Nice to have off street parking.

We were so lucky to find this rental in such short notice. Great location, comfortable with off street parking and a huge backyard. The owners are quick to respond and that’s important. As we locked ourselves out.

This place was great for my husband and dog and I for a long weekend fall getaway. Nice back deck and fenced in yard. There is some street noise in morning as you’re right on Bay Avenue but it’s a great neighborhood and plenty of parking space in driveway. Wi-Fi connection was great and it was nice to have Roku for easy streaming of shows.

We had a great stay and love OCNJ. The house is great and provides all needed for a nice stay. Don’t forget to bring sheets though! Owners are very communicative and do their best to make your stay pleasant. The house is a bit away from the boardwalk but it was nice to be away from the action at night. Easy to take your car and find free or cheap parking near the beach or boardwalk if you don’t want to walk. The street has a bit of early morning weekday traffic so we used a noisemaker in the master bedroom so we could sleep in a bit.

This was our first time in Ocean City…we stumbled upon this rental for a short weekend visit. The owner was awesome at communicating from the start. The home looked exactly like it did in the pictures. We will definitely recommend and rent again in the future.
