With 4 large bedrooms (2 on each floor) and 2 living rooms on each floor (one living room with door is also designed to flex as a bedroom), there is plenty of space for multiple couples, families or groups. Kids are welcome! Just 2 blocks - a 4 minute walk - to the bustling Clifton Business District you will find Geater's Ice Cream, Clifton Market, 2 coffee shops and many bars / restaurants, it will be hard not to fall in love with the neighborhood! The home has dedicated central AC & heating on each floor and ceiling fans or table fans in each bedroom for your comfort, regardless of the season.
