There are four main ways people get to and from Brickell Plaza, other than driving: bus, trolley, Metromover and Metrorail. Bus: Bus rides start at $2.25 per trip, but most Brickell locals use an EasyCard or Easy Ticket that they purchase online. This allows them to pre-pay the bus fare instead of digging for change for every ride. Some busses run 24 hours a day, but all bussescan be tracked in real time using a new Bus Tracker program. Trolley: This is a casual and fun way to explore the city, and the best part is, it’s free! You can see all of the places the trolley stops in and around Brickell here.The trolley is air-conditioned and runs from 6am to 11 pm every day except Sunday. Riders can get on and off as many times as they want, and assistance is available or riders with disabilities. Metrorail: It's Miami’s transit system that zips over the city on an elevated track, covering 25 miles. There are 23 stations, all about a mile apart and uses about 136 train cars. It starts at Dadeland South Station in Kendall and continues north through Downtown and Coral Gables. The Brickell station is at 1001 SW First Avenue and is a great option for people heading to the financial district. This station is a 14 minute walk from Icon Brickell and it costs $2 the ride. Metromover: Another free option for public transportation through Brickell and my favorite!. This electric people mover system covers 4.4 miles and runs from 5am to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and 5am to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. This is a great option for people who are in a rush, as cars arrive every 90 seconds during rush hour, and every three minutes during slower times. These cars are made for standing passengers, but seats are available for the elderly or those with disabilities. Many Metromover passengers transfer to the Metrorail to get to destinations that are further out. The Brickell stop for the Metromover is at Brickell City Centre on 8 street, and is a 7min walk from the Icon Brickell. Rent a Car: Located at the ground floor of the JW Marriott at 1109 Brickell Ave, Miami Fl, 33131. Enterprise Rent-a-car is the nearest place rent a car during your stay. Opens Monday - Friday from 8:00pm to 6:00pm and Saturdays until 1:00pm. We recommend to make the reservation in advance and consider extra time for pick up the vehicle. PARKING: Valet parking on site is the only option available at Icon Brickell Tower 3. Check out the rates below: 0-1 hr $11.00 1-4 hr $19.00 4-10 hr $24.00 10-24 hr $42.00 Offsite parking for USD 25 per day its available by 5min walk. DINING: There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, ranging from fine dining to casual. Brickell offers plenty of “power lunch” locations and trendy dining options serving internationally influenced cuisine. This place is amazing! We stayed for Ultra Music Festival and the location was perfect for us. The views are beautiful, and the apartment was clean and modern. Barbara was an excellent host - very quick communication and accommodating. The spa is beautiful and there are many restaurants within a short walk. Thank you, Barbara! My wife and I really loved it.

Barbara and Indira were amazing hosts! They were quick to answer questions! Place was clean! Beautiful! Staff was amazing! I live in Miami and this was just a get away for my girlfriend and I for Valentine’s Day. It was amazing overall! Great place and great people! Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks again!

My husband and I planned a working vacation form the cold of the northeast and we could not have gotten any luckier with our lodging! Barbara met us in the lobby when we arrived early to take our luggage and the unit was ready much earlier than promised. The unit was sparkling clean when we checked in. We both had comfortable places to work, and enjoy the amazing views of Miami. We spent a ton of time at the pool, and felt like we were in a high end resort with pool attendants setting up our comfortable lounges poolside. We enjoyed the spa and met lots of interesting people during our stay. The facility attracts a well-heeled population and everyone we encountered was a delight. We had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch in the unit, and then we used Barbara's recommendations for dinner out. We found a great walking path using the Bridge over to Brickell Key . Stunning views up high and on the ground. You cannot do better than this - happy Miami!

The place was clean and nice and made us comfortable to stay. The only thing In don’t like it that the valet is very expensive and it’s not a set price and they charge gratuity even after the high prices. If you are parked 10 hours or more it’s $44. It was over all nice to stay there

The condo was perfect size for my singular needs. Nice amenities were appreciated with attention to detail with towels, bath products & even a little Christmas tree for the holidays. The host were very helpful upon my departure offering assistance with luggage & transition to my next stay. I would definitely rent from this host again!!!!

The property was beautiful and clean, even better than I expected. The view was spectacular from the 46th floor. Everything about the property from the lobby on was perfect and it smelled great! Thank you for such a great experience for a first-time traveler. I would definitely rent it again!
