Very conveniently located but on a very busy street so that’s a trade off and our second floor room overlooked road. The highlight to our stay was 1st night checking in with Carlos! He was so personable and helpful. In the few hours he overlapped with us he gave invaluable advice. The young woman running the breakfasts was also spectacular

Overall is ok, ⁹except the squeaky floor, even can hear from next door people's walking, and talking due to the thin wall. Also, the front desk refused to change the room with issue for us as he insisted they're fully booked while we found there are still vacancy on the website.

Love this hotel. Clean modern. Usb ports in sockets no need for wall chargers. Mirrors in bathrooms are amazing. Second time staying here. And will definitively make this my go to hotel for stats in kingston

It was clean and comfortable but check out is at 12pm and at 11:50 housekeeping came in without knocking and a few minutes later the front desk called to let me know check out was at 12.

This is our go to hotel to stay in Kingston, Very comfortable and clean. They have a very good breakfast which was open until 11 am on Christmas morning. However on Boxing Day it was only open until 9 am and we did not know this. There were many who did not realize this as well. They should have mentioned on check-in. However, it is still a very good hotel to stay in.

The king sizes bed was not comfortable in one side it felt like i was on a hole and the others side i felt like i was falling. Not a good experience

Overall, the hotel was clean, very new and modern. According to the hotel staff we had one of the best rooms in the hotel. Unfortunately, on our first night we had to complain multiple times due to a couple yelling, fighting, stomping feet and screaming in the room next to us from 1:30am until almost 4am, when I mean screaming… it was a straight up fight, the lady was clearly not impressed with her partner. The night staff was so kind but it took multiple calls of concern to have the couple spoken too plus eventually having the police involved. We didn’t get much sleep and felt like the use of our first night was wasted due to the constant complaining and going down to the front desk to speak to someone. The hotel is nice and it’s a great place to stay but unfortunately for our first night it wasn’t the best experience environment wise.

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable Rooms are not very soundproof, can easily hear above and beside our room. Hockey team kids running and yelling in hallways, not fault of hotel just no parental supervision

This was our first visit to this hotel. We were very impressed for the price. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was better than most with hot eggs and bacon, waffles, yogurt etc. Every single staff member that we came across was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Kingston.

We had a wonderful stay. We were a little surprised at the lack of soundproofing between floors and creaking. This was somewhat disappointing especially in the middle of the night. Breakfast choices were nice, we would suggest different fruit choices (apples, bananas, pears) only option during our 5 days was oranges. Adding cheese as a protein option would be great as well. Body wash would also be great next to the shampoo and conditioner. Would definitely recommend to friends, location was close to everything and free parking is great.

Over all good hotel to stay in. one thing I really appreciated was this hotel using wooden forks and knives and recycled paper plates. Helping environment even as little as this would have a large impact. I wish all hotel chains would take steps to contribute to green environment. Also, great breakfast, specially having Turkey sausages. Great healthier choice to red meat. If anything needs a change would be to change front entrance double door and take out carpets from rooms . All together would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Overall good hotel - clean, comfortable and modern. Hotel bills itself as pet friendly but be aware the pet charge is $75. I believe this is excessive.

The hotel is very clean and new, but there was no way to rent a movie and there was no guide to the TV. This was frustrating as we planned on just relaxing with a movie after a long day of driving.
