The liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, but it did not detract from the overall positive experience.

The property has a lift for ease of luggage. Great breakfast. Located across the street from the main bus station, tram and shops. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Great staff. Arranged taxi to airport.

Some of the staff were extremely helpful and caring. We could feel personal touch and willingness to make us feel most welcome. The receptionist even gave us his own tickets for the tram, so we would not need to seek a kiosk to by. Touchung!

At our fist stay there was no soap in the hotel due to problems of the supplier. At our second stay, the staff at the repetion was busy with something else and we needed to wait, while finally undertook to seek her in the staff office in order to check in. Despite this, the laidy was polite and helpful. Apart from these minor issues, our stay was perfect.

Location very near to bus station, huge rooms with airco and very good noise insulation, minibar. Helpful and most polite bartender and receptionist.

The he room is huge, still, there is no proper desk and chair for working, as a business traveler I find this negative. The lady at breakfast is not on top of her task, communication wise. Guests are helping out one another on how the coffee machine works. She should be more attentive and communicative also asking/offering fresh egg meals.

Perfect! Location was great!  It is located  near by Zagreb bus terminal. I could go to bus terminal by walk. Room was clean, wide and beautiful. Breakfast was various and delicious too. Staff was so kind. If I visit to Zagreb, I will stay this hotel. It was very very nice hotel.

The hotel is so near the bus station, and a short walk to the city center, which was crucial for my stay so i'm more than satisfied with the location. The room is a perfect size, modern and beautiful, and the bed was more than comfortable, i didn't want to get up trust me. The bathroom is modern and pretty, has all the amenities you would ever need. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was in the bathroom. There was a certain funky smell that came up from the shower once I turned it on. It wasn't bad, just weird.
