Recharging

Right at the beach. Super friendly staff. Good size of the room and bathroom.

Cleaning needs to be improved. Very dusty room. Dust is everywhere. Sand on the floor. Mould in the bathroom. Construction next to the hotel. Started in the morning and ruined my morning routine. Super hard bad. My whole body hurts from sleeping on it.

Didn't end up at the Bellagio but still an amazing stay.

I really enjoyed the hospitality and level of service of the staff, especially Billy who was extremely accommodating. The room was set-up with everything we needed. The smallest things are thought of. The room is right on the beach and has an ocean view which is refreshing. It was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, and very accommodating to our dog.

It's not so much about the facilities itself, but that "Bellagio Pets Friendly Resort" actually has rooms that aren't pet-friendly. When i expect to search pet friendly hotels on booking.com, and with the name of the hotel, that's what I thought i was booking ... It does say in the room booking name (No pets allowed), however I overlooked it. But the staff called me when they noticed that I had made a mistake and immediately rectified by them and we were booked into another room on the same property (since the Bellagio was already fully booked). Heads up that depending on the season the beach can have a lot of trash and tar bubbles hidden in the sand that you can drag into the room with you. you might leave a few black prints behind you...

Very good

Friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious balcony looking out to the beach, very relaxing. Thoughtful room facilities with a fan and dehumidifier.

Walls are quite thin, could clearly hear water pipe sounds and chattering from other guest rooms.

Pet unfriendly

Planned to visit with my spouse and my cat but it costs $200 each pet ( never mentioned > not until I message the customer service ) plus the $200 does not include any pee pads or food container or even cat litter> nothing. Very disappointed at their food as well, tastes like pre-frozen food and does not worth it’s price

Far away, if I actually did bring my cat and walked all such long way, she might die from heat stroke. Moreover, when we arrived we did not know where to go to check in and had to call them and they didn’t say where it was for so long even though we kept asking the exact address and finally the lady said it was the restaurant next door. Lastly, the room was not prepared as a standard hotel, there was mole on the curtains in the washroom and dirty slippers. Facilitated poorly. We do hope for a refund… Sigh… supposed to be a happy birthday trip. Disappointed.

Great stay, weird decorations

Great location and lovely staff with a decent breakfast.

The decoration in the building and room is questionable. The whole building seems halloween themed with weird vampire cats all over the room. Very strange!

Discrepancy between price and quality

Proximity to the sea

The hotel is in poor condition and needs renovation. In a room on the second floor, a broken balcony door can hardly be opened. The water heater in the room on the first floor was broken and the children had to bathe in cold water before going to bed. On the second floor there was no promised sea view, which we were counting on very much and for which we took a more expensive room. The hotel staff did not respond to booking.com for my messages before the trip. And when we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that the staff had not been notified of our arrival at all and could not find our reservation. Had to wait a couple of hours outside. Very dirty beach. Cellophane bags, gloves, medical masks, plastic dishes are lying on the shore and floating in the water. It is very unpleasant that nearby hotels do not clean the beach

Great location for people who have pets wanted relaxation. Just need some proper cleaning.

Location is good if as we wanted some peace and relaxation. It’s our 2nd time as it is pet-friendly.

Needed some maintenance and deep clean. Hope the management could look into that as the place was a great location.

This hotel is dirty, very uncomfortable, and a huge disappointment.

The beach and the waitstaff at the restaurant next door.

This hotel was possibly the worse place we have ever stayed. There was mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom, body hairs all over the bathroom, stains on the towels and sheets, doors to cupboards were falling off the hinges,, the fridge did not work and there was no room service. The room was incredibly small and they said the bed was a king when it was the smallest double we have ever slept in and was as hard as a rock. We had a terrible night’s sleep, decided not to stay another night and were refused a refund.

Better than Concerto Inn.

The location, the rooms are nicer than the concerto inn which this company also seems to run, the room was a decent size and clean and the staff were nice and let me check my bags in early until my room was ready. The balcony is nice to read on. A few beaches nearby as well.

The beds are hard - probably as they have used garden patio furniture for a bed frame? The halls need a lick of paint and after my last experience, I skipped their breakfast. A few idiots running around making noise on the beach till 3 am but hardly the place's fault.

Disappointing

I booked "with pet accommodation". They wanted over 20% more when I arrived with dog. 7 minute conversation to ascertain i would pay for the service i had agreed to. Not at all cheap at 930 for a double room where there wasnt much they could do about pneumatic street drilling, but they could have sorted the ceiling which had not not been painted, the cracked paint on table, grimy windows in the bathroom.

Wonderful dogcation

Lovely little hotel right on a beautiful beach 洪聖爺灣 ~ our dog can swim before 9 and after 6. Nice hotel environment and friendly staff. Although 20 mins walk from the Pier, the hotel restaurant offers delicious meals and not too pricey. Hotel can also transfer our luggage with an additional charge.

Absolutely Excellent, relaxing and great service and food.

Pretty much everything. This is the second time we've stayed here with our dog. Welcome is very pleasant and all staff helpful. Room is great, clean, organised, everything you need for a couple of nights, shower works great, balcony with view of the sea and AC that is really powerful. Bed is large but firm. night time is so quiet. Had dinner in the restaurant which was great with good atmosphere, menu has increased a lot since the last time we stayed with something for everyone. spicy veg samosa's were fantastic. Only thing they didn't get right is all the draft beers were not very cold, luckily they had bottled stella which was icy. Breakfast doesn't start until 0900 which is way too late for us early risers but it was very good and filling although the coffee isn't great or very hot. Staff were always very pleasant and helpful. really love the location, very scenic, quiet and easy access to hiking, beach and the sea.

All draft beers were not cold. Breakfast doesn't start until 0900. The beach immediately in front of the hotel is very nice but doesn't allow dogs. however there is another one about 500meters away where dogs are welcome.
