I was discriminated and they did not rent me the room. They could not tell me what was the reason.

I visit this hotel for about 5 years regulary, the have new administration and they implemented the pet friendly policy. Rooms smells like wet dog, this morning I found dog poop in the hallway. Great location , but they have to separate pets rooms from regular rooms. I also found dog hair on the sofa and carpets.

Did not real enjoy my stay because the curtains on my window were dirty, the microwave looks disgusting very old and my bed had the needle which is use to take blood sugars for diabetic patients underneath the sheets. Thank God it was not opened. The floor was a little dirty too.

We stayed for a week; we saved a little because there was no pet fee. I did not feel safe or comfortable walking in or out due to the other people staying and smoking marijuana by the doors and the cleanliness in the hallways was not 100%. Its an ok place for a night or two but no longer than that if traveling with a famiy.

Great new location arrived late hotel accommodated my son which was an add on I forgot to put his name on initial reservation but it was speedy process! Usually stay in Pittsburgh but had to be in NJ for business meeting will stay here again

The hotel was okay. Hallways smells funky, the room next to us has some sort of industrial fan blowing all night that we could hear in our room. There was water on the bathroom floor that required two towels to clean up, random red marks on walls in bathroom (unsure if from hard water or something else). No hand soap in bathroom. Beds very uncomfortable. The cover on the box spring of the mattress has some stains on it. Scuff marks on the door, very poor paint job. Vending machines wouldn’t take my money. Bathroom toilet was clogged, so I went to use the one in the hallways and that hallways bathroom was DISGUSTING Neither toilet was clean, both full of excrements and clogged, neither in had toilet paper. Idk just a very poor experience.

Was refused my prepaid room because I didn't have $50 deposit for nothing I needed. Drove from Boston to Vermont than to NJ. Arriving around 1:30am to end up sleeping with my kids in the car 17 degrees out. Will never stay at Red Roof ever again.

Management should make certain rooms are in good working order not perfection just proper functionality of lamps, light bulbs, microwave & vent in bathroom. Plus restrict aggressive dog breed in the rooms, property.

Was quiet despite being near an Interstate. You stay for what you pay. Bed was worn in center. No fan in restroom to mask bodily noises. When doing your business after eating bad food. Felt safe. Place for last resort or tight budget.

Got in late (9:30pm) and left early (before 8am). As we were leaving, saw a bug in washroom and one in main room near bed. Took photo but no chance to let desk clerk know as we were in a rush. Overnight, nearby guests exceptionally loud outside and in hallways. Talking on phone, yelling to people, etc. Bed mattress also terrible. Could feel the springs right through. Felt like an old sofa bed. I knew it was budget accommodations, but I’ve stayed in Red Roof’s before that were fine. I wouldn’t stay here again. Price isn’t worth the bugs and noise.

The overall condition was disappointing, with a lack of cleanliness and noticeable damage throughout the premises. The staff, unfortunately, were unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating. Surprisingly, the room lacked basic amenities like water bottles and snacks. To make matters worse, the surroundings felt unsafe, adding an element of discomfort to the stay. Overall, it was a subpar experience that I wouldn’t recommend to others.

Horrible worst hotel it was very dirty we could not sleep in because they started drilling and hammering in the morning bathtub was clogged up everything is old and dirty did not clean the room the bathroom had dust from I don’t know when curtains are ripped and stained

There was some remodeling happening. Our room was on the first floor right by the service doors so woken up early with the guys in and out, sawing, etc. Other than that, it was nice.

This property was quite dingy in the hallways. Rugs forever old seeming. A big pit bull mix dog was snuck through a side door by somebody and he growled at me outside the door. My room had a huge at least 1/2 inch gap underneath the door which let in every passing hallway noise which kept waking me up during the night. Add to that the busy road and it was rough. Definitely didn’t feel safe either walking to and fro in the long dank hallways and wondering if the dang dog was somewhere just waiting to leap in me. Definitely was glad my teenagers weren’t with me as they like to roam and uh, no way would I have let them.
