The children in our group enjoyed the pool, the staff was tolerant of our large group gathering in the lobby area. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay. Great breakfast, clean rooms.

Great presentation, some magic to the eye, clean, attentive.
Complaint is in the room, and opinions on breakfast area
Complaint-toilet had a hard time flushing, screaming baby next door, tub didn’t drain well. Barely any choices in tv channels.
I don’t normally leave reviews or complain but for me paying what I paid, not worth the $203. Id rate it maybe at a price of $120 and that’s including taxes.
Poor choice in flooring in pool area by far.
Breakfast area needs more of an open concept but appreciate the try in the idea you were trying to portray.

Nice property, nice people.

Even with a cheerleading group staying at the hotel, I heard nothing in the night. It was quiet. Also, the gals who run the breakfast bar were so friendly, and they kept everything stocked.

Was a beautiful hotel and very clean with a comfortable bed. The pool & hot tub area were very nice but very slippery floor when wet. Guess that would be the only negative.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice game area and pool/hot tub. Lots of restaurants close by and close to EMU campus.

Traveled to Ann Arbor to visit our grand-daughter in C.S.Mott hospital and found this hotel fairly close, comfortable and very helpful and friendly staff, this is our 3rd stay since February and will stay here in the future as needed.

The room was clean, but seemed worn. The carpet was a bit ragged and a stain on the floor trim.

I drove to Michigan to buy legal marijuana. Stayed one night. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. I wish I would’ve brought a bathing suit, indoor pool and hot tub looked really nice.

Employees are a pleasure to work with and overall it was a clean and very nice hotel. Rooms beds were incredibly comfortable! Only downside is the tv was smaller then o expected and no options for Ethernet within the room. So cable is your only entertainment options but me and my SO had a wonderful time!

Heater never came back on making noise all night.
Before lost power tv had no way of watching anything on it.
Not used to this hotel being so crappy. Stayed here many times usually love very unhappy.

This is quite a nice hotel that is within easy driving distance of downtown Ann Arbor, but on the edge of Ypsilanti. It’s very close to the Palm Palace and other highly rated restaurants, too. My room—a king size bed with jetted jacuzzi—was quite nice, though the bed wasn’t the most comfortable mattress. The jetted tub was wonderful. The only two issues I had with the room were the hair dryer that was crackling and made an awful burning smell, so much so that I turned it off and unplugged it, and that the conditioner in the shower was full of conditioner but wouldn’t dispense it. Management brought me a different blow dryer. I also didn’t like that the cleaning staff left a dumpster right outside my door the entire time I was there (3 days); I actually moved it down the hall because I was sick of seeing it. Oh, one more issue was hearing the people below me listening to porn at a high volume and talking loudly. Nice features of the hotel were an area with a pool table and a couple other games. There’s an elevator and only two floors, which makes for easy access to your car.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, the staff is excellent, really cool indoor pool area, free continental breakfast, and I definitely recommend getting a room with a jetted tub. It's worth it!

Check-in was very pleasant and efficient. Property is clean. It seems to be an older property but is well-maintained while keeping its personality. A lot of amenities (pool, hot tub, billiards, a beautiful courtyard for congregating). There appeared to be a family "reunion" or some sort during our stay. The layout of the property allows a large group to spread out but stay connected. The active children of the group couldn't be heard when inside the rooms. I have a family member who has decided to stay in the area after her recent graduation so I will definitely book future reservations here. It's right off the highway and just down the road from shopping and dining options.

A great place. Shuttle bus from/ to the Big House. Perfect location near the campus and everything in Ann Arbor.

The air unit was so loud we could not hear the TV, or one another. The overwhelming smell of chlorine from the indoor pool down the hall, left us with headaches and sore throats. It was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced.

They need new lighting in the bathrooms it is very dark. The mattresses need updating some terrible but over all we will stay there again for football games.

Stayed overnight and didn’t get to use all the amenities but they looked great and wished we had more opportunity. The game room had old fashioned billiards, foosball, shuffleboard table and my kids loved them as did I. Also a very good breakfast with a nice variety though eggs were powdered and not great. We would definitely stay again

Had an early morning appointment at U of M hospital and it was located in a convenient area to make it there in a short time. Several restaurants nearby that opened early.

This was a nice property. My family was happy with our stay. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat at the end of a long day. The hallways and common areas were nicely updated. The carpet in our room was a bit dated and dirty and needed to be replaced. However, the room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Good stay for the price.

This was my second stay at the Regent, and it was a delight! The beds were so comfy, my granddaughter couldn't decide which one she wanted to sleep on. The room was clean, there were plenty of pillows, temperature was great, and it was QUIET.
The hot tub was just a bit over-chlorinated, but not unbearable. Given there were a lot of guests in and out of the pool area, I appreciate the attention to sanitation.
The hot breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I'm usually not a fan of hotel coffee, but this coffee was exceptional. It gave a nice start to the day.
Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is in a good location. The staff were friendly. They do not offer housekeeping service automatically, you have to ask for it. Our sheet did not fit the bed and came up off the mattress every night. The pool and hot tub were nice. I would probably stay here again.
