The place was under construction with plastic tarps on the floor of the hallway. Plus they had a video kiosk machine that telephonically connected me with someone who I could not hear nor understand, for their check in. It was ridiculous. I've never heard of such a thing.

I loss my cat cz just they didn’t asked if i have pet or not Got $40 more and when i get extent coupledays they charged me more 20/night even that’s my cat is not with me They scammed

Their check in Kiosk crashed while checking in. The first room i was booked was already occupied. They also didnt refund my deposit. This place should be shutdown.

We arrived and the person at the front desk wouldn’t help us we have to use some computer to check in, but after giving them our name, id, email, phone number, and confirmation number they same they could find our reservation. They were no help and the place was very sketchy. They refused to help us and we had already paid for the room and had all the proof. This also happened with the other couple that was with us. I believe they sold the room that we reserved. They then continued to hang up on us when we called

We got there to check in and they told us that they didn’t have a reservation under our names. Same happened to another couple that was with us. We had to talk with someone via zoom. The guy sitting at the front desk was so rude to us. Hotel reeked of weed. Obviously they don’t care and or have the right address.

The only thing that was annoying was. That wasn't a remote for the t. V. And there was a lot of what sounded like Knocking or tapping noises. I don't know if it's just because it's newly renovand they haven't really finished renovating completely or what it was, but it was a ittle odd. In a little nerving at night. Also, the water in the shower would not get hot at would go from warm. To cold constantly, like the water would go back-and-forth between hot or between warm and cold. But like I said, I don't know. That's because they're still renovating property or what? But that was very aggravating.

The room was terrible sheets and towels was old raggedy and unsanitary. The guest service on the property was rude and disrespectful. I did not receive a receipt with a break down of whT i eas charged and when i requested it, I still did not get it. I asked for a refund because I did not want to stay there and was giving back my 35 dollar deposit but denied the 100 dollars in which i paid for the day.I tried talking to the representative and ahe yelled and accused me of having sex in the room which was not true and then called the police on me and barred me from the property. And i still did not receive my refund. There was nothing giving to me stating the policies because I reserved on-line through hotels.com and the reservation i made dis not have anything on it regarding non-refundable if I canceled.

Roaches in the bathroom, and bed looked like they didn’t bother changing sheets after the person prior. Stains on sheets. Dusty.

Hard to find. No carts to transport suitcases etc., Automated check in system was difficult to navigate one online person and someone behind the counter were needed to operate it. No bedside table. Gross dirty walls, lots of dust, ceilings apparently leaked from rain or other sources of water that drained down the walls.

This hotel needs to be burned and rebuilt. Not even 10 minutes into the room and there where cockroaches crawling all over my suitcase and the night stands. The bedsheets had cigarette burns on them and a horrible smell. The cleaning staff did help me look for my headphones but other then that, worst place I have ever stayed at by far.

I was on a business trip. The room didn’t have an iron, ironing board, or Kleenex. I had to engage with my customers with wrinkled clothes on. I thought those items were standard in a room? I saw a roach in the bathroom on last night of my stay.

Both cards for my room were not working, staff gave me a new room which was not clean. Immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else.

At first everything was great but as we got into the room there was a smell, like stale cigarettes. We tried to watch tv and the tv didn’t work. We checked out this morning but before we did we tried to shower and there was no hot water whatsoever.

Woke up with a bed bug crawling on my shirt. Should have known by the blood feeding stain on the sheets when I first got there the place had them. Check in / out was also really weird. Had to talk to some girl over a zoom call even though there was an employee standing right there. At one point I had to hold my credit card details up to a webcam for her to charge

In the few days I stayed there just recently. I have been eaten alive by bedbugs. The rooms are disgusting... These people don't even know how to mop a floor clean. You will ruin your socks and shoes and clothing just walking around in your room.. The cleaning staff is so incompetent, I gave up, drove to menards and bought my own mop, disinfectant, and bucket and decided that i needed to take matters into my own hands. the female senior staff receptionist is manipulative and untruthful.. raises fees, gas lights you for being upset about the hotels terrible conditions... It's an absolute S show over here... I am covered in head to toe with bug bites... I have pictures and videos to prove everything.. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And I mean that with all my heart. I left early and decided to sleep in my truck.. I didn't get much sleep. And it was very uncomfortable but at least I was not getting chewed up by bugs... I am extremely upset with these people. And I will be demanding an entire refund.. If not I am going to sue them. Staying here actually caused damages. They will never get my business again.

First you must check in at a kiosk, second attendant is behind glass. No carpeting in room, a oil like film on the floor that makes it easy to slip. They include two very hard to open shampoo packets, couldn't open. Worse was the condition of their two sand paper like, extremely rough towels. Would never go again. Very Sketchy!!!

Check in computer was weird. The room was not even clean; still had old food boxes from previous guest. Sheet was not clean had to use personal blanket over bed. Shower head was not attached properly had water spraying from faucet and wall. Gross experience.

Hotel appears nice on entrance. Towels were extremely rough like sandpaper, there were 2 used wash cloths left over in the bathroom from previous person, pull out mattress was very dirty with lots of stains and odor. The top blankets had a foul odor. Deadbolt for connecting door didnt lock. No one went over wifi password or additional information at check-in. Staff did give us extra blankets and pillows pretty quickly. Waited for over 20 minutes on race day morning to check out and no one showed.
