Staff was very friendly, we got the “upgraded” room which I would never pay for definitely not worth anything extra. Loved the outdoor pool. The free breakfast was terrible, tasted like the microwaved the bacon and eggs but hey it was free. Had a bunch of issues with key cards not working. Location was perfect, lots of things nearby

Get the premium room on a higher floor. Small price increase for much better room. Good buffet breakfast included in room price.

Room was comfortable and clean, restaurants were well staffed with good menus.. hotel had water damage and leaks in the hallway leading to our room.

Service was worse then bad.

I have stayed here twice. For me the fact they have a two restaurants and a bar means I do not have to travel outside for my needs.

We enjoyed our stay. So nice to have restaurants in the hotel after a long day of shopping. The room was nice but we found it a little dark. Another floor lamp would be good and another chair. The location is great. Looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel was decent but nothing to rave about. The bathroom is so small and tight. There was hardly any chairs in the room. I only stayed since it was close to family but otherwise, would not go back nor recommend. It was okay.

I regularly stay here while in town for business for the service, location and value.

There shouldn’t be a space between the bottom of the door and the hall. Light and sound comes into the room. The temperature thermostat was difficult to manage. The shower is hot or cool. The bathroom was tiny. But the staff try their very best to make you happy, although they don’t always answer the phone when you call front desk from your room.

I wish I could have taken the pillow home with me.

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend since it was forecasted to be a great one weather-wise. We stayed in room w a king bed. From check in to check out, we were treated w respect from the friendly staff. Food was tasty, room was comfortable. The only thing I would request is that there be a second chair in the room that way we could both have a place to sit. We were pleasantly surprised that the included breakfast was a full hot breakfast, not just a continental one. Also, because we were guests, we had the option to upgrade to their Sunday buffet for an extra $19.99/pp. it was worth the extra money. Also, when we got home, we realized that we forgot something that was not easily replaced so I called the hotel. Luckily Joan answered and she remembered me from Friday check in. She put me through to Teresa, head of housekeeping staff. I explained the situation and she said she would ask her staff and also went to check our room herself. About 10 minutes later, she called me to let me know she found it and made sure it was at the front desk for our friend to pick it up 1.5 hours later. Talk about above and beyond customer service! As for location, it was easy to get to major routes, had a variety of restaurants and a major shopping center nearby as well as theatres. We will stay there again.

Only negative is the carpets in the rooms that smell like ‘hotel carpet’ everything else was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Reasonable rates for the facility

I like that everyone made us feel welcome. My only concern was very uneven sidewalk/roadway area around the handicapp ramp and parking stalls.

The parking is very hit and miss. They usually have meetings or conference's booked so parking is tough. I had to park across the streetbookked

The staff where the best and the room is great supper could not be any better and a great price

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and our room was modern and very nice. The absolute BEST hotel shower we have had in a long time. Breakfast was delicious too. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. I’m not sure if we had the VIP experience or not, but we did received a $15 voucher (which was a nice surprise) to use any of the dining/food options on the property. Unfortunately, we weren’t there long enough to utilize. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will stay again in the future!

Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Reasonable lighting in room and good breakfast. Generally very nice. The only negatives were a tiny closet and a frosted glass door on the bathroom that lets the light out into the bedroom if it is turned on at night; no problem for one person but not great for two.

Just like the pictures. Nothing special. Very clean but parking can be tricky especially at night.

It’s was clean and there’s lots off places to eat. But the room they called the executive suite was pretty small for a king size bed, and a washrooms are very small.
