The tv and phones were down all day. There was a group of noisy people staying next door with music on super loud and endless singing.

The bathroom was disgusting. The shower walls looked like they’ve never been cleaned. The walls in the room had stains everywhere. The shower didn’t drain.

The overall condition The facility was horrible. After you navigated the potholes, and they had the nerve to charge you a $100 deposit for rum damage, stumbled over, bunched up and filthy rugs to get your room.

Nice place. TV actually gives HDMI access. A rarity in hotels these days. Pool & fitness center was unfortunately closed.

As an accessibility room the toilet was not proper height. The sink was leaking. The hallway carpeting is buckled and is a danger for tripping over, especially for someone w a mobility impairment. Other patrons above us were loud and at 2am awoke us with loud singing of happy birthday

Found a towel hanging behind the door .floors and in general needs a good wipe down. Bed was comfortable and Hotel ubicación is very convenient.

The room was clean, unfortunately There were some bugs in the room. The bathroom shower had three pump bottles, all said “Hair conditioner”; one should have been body soap. The nozzle to transition from shower- bath did not work which is unfortunate for me, because I was looking forward to taking a bath.

Looked a bit worn. stairs going from lobby to elevator gave the impression that it was not ada accessible. others with disabilities this could present a problem. relatively close to new york city for the price

The hotel is value for money. It’s under refurbishment. So currently is very dated and worn. My room was nice though and the staff were very good. Once refurbished it will be amazing. For the money though you can’t complain.

Did enjoy the many USB charging points. Also, the internet speed. The Samsung television and channels available were very pleasing to me. All the towels and wash clothes available were very sufficient in the unit.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for a night. It was one of the most unkept, out of date, dirty hotels I’ve stayed at in years. And I’ve stayed at other La Quinta properties and never have been at one that looked like this. The bathroom was horrible, the rugs were disgusting. Everything from the way through the lobby to the elevators and up to the rooms was awful. We didn’t even use the shower. There were stains on the walls in the room. The iron was broken to the point where it wasn’t safe to use. The only thing that looked clean was the sheets and the bedding. The neighborhood the hotel was in was very sketchy as well. I worked in a hotel for a year and have also stayed at many and this hotel was not in anyway good. I will be seeking some kind of refund. I would never recommend this hotel m

Cleanness overall was good .. I dust everything using the Lysol I brought myself.. The bathroom floor is too old and inside of the bathtub was very yellow ich, it looks like it’s durty but the reality is because the tub is too old and it has to be done some improvement (it does look disgusting).. The bed was made nice with a fresh white sheets, pillows were very comfy.. refrigerator was clean, towels were very clean… the costume service was excellent; EVERYONE!! I hope you’re able to understand my point… If there’s any misunderstanding please don’t hesitate to contact me! I ENJOYED MY STAYING VERY MUCH!! SHEILA COLANGELO!!

I've stayed here before. Never in the past has this hotel required a deposit. Now they do. The front desk requires a $100 deposit to check in to this downtrodden, decrepit property. Upon opening the door to my room, I was overcome by a foul odor that almost knocked me unconscious-- it smelled so bad, even the freezing temps from the cold December air with the window left wide open-- it was bad. So I immediately returned to the front desk to change my room, and assuming since I already waited in line, I could request the attention of hotel staff, given the circumstances involving the misassigned, stench ridden, dirty room. I was wrong. "Excuse me there's a line" stated the front desk agent, who pretended like she hadn't just handed me keys to a compost of sanitary napkins. I mistakenly used a slur in context, and she picks up the phone to call the police! She called the police on a guest for using a word they bleep out on TV, as if it were illegal. Finally, she gave me new keys. F her. F this hotel. It's a dump.

The rooms are very nice, clean and cozy. Very affordable price, best deal for a room compared to other hotels in the area. Parking is convienient. The complimentary breakfast is very good, usually offers eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, cereal, oatmeal biscuts, juice. Shares a space with Stamford Diner which is also great to grab a bite before going to the room. Great quality soaps and shampoos, Dove brand is provided. Beds are soft and comfortable.

The building is old and needs updating. Carpets in the hallways are not the best. Bathroom is not great. Beds and linen were decent and we were comfortable. Front desk staff was awesome.

There was mold on the wall in my room. Stains on the toilet and inside the shower. The toilet kept running. There was a weird smell in the hallway. I stayed for 2 hours and checked out. I want a refund!

your typical highway hotel. You don't want to stay a minute longer than needed. The rooms are OK for what they are...cheap. Arrived at midnight, left at 7am. Could not get the AC working on heat. 35F outside and the AC was blasting cold air. Shut it off and slept in a sweater. Breakfast is your typical hotel continental. from the styrofoam plates to styrofoam eggs. Hallways are probably being worked on. Looks like in construction though nothing indicated it really was.
