Always a good experience here. Renovations are being made, so a few things not perfect. Staff is amazing.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable too. They only had 1 roll of toilet paper and it wasn't full, luckily we didn't need another one. The woman when we checked in was very nice. They only have a grab and go breakfast; muffins, and drinks.

The bathtub had rust in it so i couldnt take a bath and it seemed like they are very under staffed. I also wasnt allowed to stay until my friend got off work to pay for another night. So ill probably just go to another hotel tonite

The room was not ready when we checked in after 5pm. Check in begins at 3pm. We were allowed to have a room that did not have toilet paper, trash cans or bed sheets. We were not given those items until after 8pm and several inquiries at the front desk. The combination of lazy, inattentive and short handed staff resulted in a terrible experience.

Very dirty, check in was at 3pm but they didn’t have the room ready till 6pm, trash was completely full and not taken out from previous users, above the shower head had paint bubbling out which I’m sure has some type of mold underneath. I’m not one to write reviews it I hope people see this and choose differently.

I would love to talk about my stay at this hotel but it never happened. After booking online on Saturday, I arrived Monday only to be told that the hotel was sold out. I did wonder how this was possible, but then I realized that I had booked my room at a much cheaper rate than the much higher ‘eclipse’ pricing they were now offering. I do believe that my room was given away to someone else at a higher rate. Thanks Extended Stay! As a traveling nurse I appreciate being stuck out of town with nowhere to stay because of you. It was definitely an experience I’ll never forget because it’s never happened to me before.

Did not have a room for me when I got there

Excellent, other than it being smoke free zone.

The toilet stayed clogged the whole way 3 days we stayed. Had to go to front desk to get toilet paper, towels, shampoo, everything ! And there was no remote. Had to go get that too! Will never stay there again

Many vagrants and homeless stay here. Parking lot was littered with broken liquor bottles and beer bottles. Room smelled so stringent with cleaner that my eyes watered and I had to open the windows ( which when opened, the weather stripping was dangling). I will never stay here again and strongly advise you don’t either!

Reserved and paid for the room yet when I arrived they had sold the room to someone else. The front desk didn’t care—-oh to bad! We can’t do anything about it. Will not be giving them any of my service moving forward

Floor was sticky and not clean. Beds were fine. Bathroom had hair on floor.

I value cleanliness as being very important to me and this fell short. This is an older looking hotel and everywhere I looked surfaces looked dirty. Starting with the elevator floor and walls, it was obvious that there has been neglect of maintenance and cleaning. As I approached my room with my key, a roach climbed the wall next to the door. The bathroom sink counter had not been well cleaned as there was soap scum from the previous guest next to the faucet. So I immediately had no confidence in the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Fortunately, this was a one night stay.

This was a very low end hotel that and the rooms were below standard. The bath tub was filthy and the floors were sticky, we could not stay in those dirty conditions.

The staff is really nice, and even the people staying there were pleasant. I did have an incident where some gentlemen were pounding on my door Friday night, but I think they had been at happy hour too long and got the wrong room. I called the front desk and was never really frightened. You could use a better place to potty our dogs...no grassy area. The halls were dark.....fit in with the Halloween atmosphere, but spooky for a senior citizen. Coffee was awesome; keep buying that brand. I plan to come back. The room was such a great size and so clean. Price was good considering.that.

A giant meh. It wasn't great, it wasn't awful. The elevator was out of order (and I was on the third floor). The room was dated and not in the greatest of shape. Etc. It was OK since all I wanted to do was sleep.

Where do I begin?? Let’s start with description of the room that said it was a room with two queen size beds, when the confirmation was received it said two double beds. The person at the counter said 'That's what we call queen beds - doubles" but what we found in the room was two double beds. The person that checked us in was wearing a t-shirt with some graphics like a face on it, not very professional. During check in, it was emphasized to us several times and we had to initial the check in form about the smoking policy stating no smoking allowed on the premises. We found this strange because there were ashtrays outside the entrance doors and cigarette butts all over the ground along with people sitting on the steps and curbs outside smoking. Even the room smelled like smoke. The room was very outdate and rough. The table had a broken leg that was propped back in place, any weight on it and it would have fell over. The floor was "greasy"? As you stood still your feet would be slowly sliding, similar to the cooking floor of a fast food restaurant. Outside there were people hanging around, smoking, eating chicken wings and throwing the bones on the ground. There was even an old grill that some of the people were using to cook on in the parking lot. This is a beautiful area with a lot of very nice restaurants and hotels so we were surprised at how dirty this place was.

The outside doors were not secure-anyone could walk in- the air conditioning unit was dripping on the rug and when we told the front desk nothing was done about it.

I picked this property because we were travelling with 2 dogs. Since motels charge extra per dog, I did not want to pay more in dog fees than for the accommodation. The clerk had me sign a legal document that if I had known about, I should have brought my lawyer along to interrupt the legalese. She insisted that she charge my visa not only for the dog charges but also $100.00 deposit. I have never had this done before, usually they only put a hold on your card. She said, don’t worry you should see it credited in a week or two! After that she informed me that the only elevator was broken. We are two seniors and the dogs are dachshunds with back problems and had to be carried up the stairs. Two trips later we had our bags and dog paraphernalia in the room. The hallway reeked of smoke, the hallway was dark which kind of hid the filthy rug. Once in the room it looked clean, however there were pieces of popcorn on the floor. The walls were thin and you could hear transfer of sound from your neighbours. Also the electronic entry pad was broken so anyone could enter the building from the rear. Never have I been so happy to leave a place, even the dogs couldn’t wait to leave. Oh and only 1 tiny bar of soap and a take away breakfast. When I checked out, the clerk couldn’t figure out how to print out my bill, he said he would email it to me, I am still waiting!

Everything in the hotel is old, not necessarily horrible but if you are expecting modern conveniences, they are not there. The one elevator broke overnight, so everything has to be hauled down 3 flights. Check in clerk was extremely friendly. Breakfast was grab and go prepackaged muffins and granola bars, so again not what we expected.

Front staff was great…elevator didn’t work, hallway smelled, bathroom had screws in wall for shelf but no shelf. Clean room but VERY old, lots of cracks and outdated appliances

This hotel should condemned! It was so dirty, the dressers were falling apart. The elevator wasn't working properly. The lady at the front desk said I could take it at my own risk. The stairwell had a very strong odor of bleach. There was no way I was staying there and left. I asked for my money back and was told they would as the manager for approval. Most discusting hotel I have every been in.

The rooms were very worn out and the bathroom was not clean enough to feel like we could comfortably take a shower!

The hotel is very worn out. The bathtub didn’t drain well in one of the rooms booked. The room phone rang over and over all night and people randomly stomped down the hall and knocked on the door. Not a very restful experience.

Stay was excellent. Must commend Carl for helping us with our bags while the elevator was down.

The property was deplorable. Dirty underware in the shower. Towell bars ripped off the walls. Food on the floor. Unpainted patches on the walls. This was the WORST hotel that wa have ever encoutered.

The beds were not made when we walked into our room. When we called down the housekeeper asked if we wanted to do it or should she. The carpet had a big red stain and the TV remote barely worked. The elevator broke down late Saturday night until Monday morning.

The main hallways and entry need new carpet and will all covering.

Front desk guy was friendly and helpful. I was in 2nd floor had noise above me at night like someone drop and dragging something across the floor. The room next to me had music playing at 10pm until 12am or sometimes 1am and loud talking and laughing every night when I have to get up for work at 5am.
