Muhhhh… got what I paid for

Run away from this horrible place

Unclean room, dirty floor and bathtub, was switched to 3 different rooms. I requested a room on bottom floor was not done. Police outside my first night. This place is a dump and I could go on and on all I can say is don’t stay here.

Mediocre. This was the last of 9 different hotel during our road trip, and the most disappointing.

Did not partake of the grab and go breakfast, coffee and granola bar/muffin. Location was near lots of restaurant choices and was easy to find off the highway. Parking was convenient and they had a luggage cart. Room seemed clean.

The hallways were very dark. Air conditioner was noisy. No ice machine, as was stated when asked there were ice trays provided in the kitchenette but no ice and no time for it to freeze. final straw for the rating however, was that the bottom fitted sheet was laid sideways on the bed, not even close to being properly on mattress. My granddaughter and I had to unmake the bed to put the sheet on properly. NO way housekeeping should have missed this one.

It was close to many places to eat.

It really needed some extra love. It isn't dirty, it is old, and I guess since people live there, it takes a little more toll on the property. Just didn't seem well maintained. We didn't have a shower curtin for the shower. There were children's stickers on the headboard. It just didn't feel very clean and cost the same as a better place would have. It was also very loud in the middle of the night. Breakfast is just a muffin. All that aside, it was a place to stay and the staff was friendly enough.

It was a good stay. No real complaints, but the free breakfast helped sway my decision. I hate that I was decieved.

The property was clean and in a great location.

Please take the free breakfast out of the description. I appreciate the free coffee and protein bars, but you can leave that in the room as a complementary refreshment. It does not count as free breakfast. It did not dawn on me that an Extended Stay wouldn’t really provide free breakfast because you have the option to cook until later.

Given a unclean room...( unable to upload more pix) clean sheets towels brought to room then we req a new room...@ least it was cleaned but not in the best shape. It was too late to move to another hotel .... Customer service has not gotten back to me to date.

The location was great and the staff were friendly

The room smelled bad, the noise levels were consistently loud throughout the night, the TV is lower than the bed. The toilet was leaking and so the flooring in the bathroom was consistently wet and oozing from under the spongy tiles.

It was a good price. The room wasn’t the worst I’ve been in but not the best. It could have been cleaner but there were no bugs and it was very quiet.
