Beds were comfortable and slept all night. Room looked modern and everything in working order. Room 215 window faced the street and traffic was loud but I slept all night and it didn't seem to be a problem for me. We walked to the pier to see the sunset and easy 7 min walk that felt safe.

Not horrible, not amazing.... they were painting parts of the outside which made it awkward at times getting up from the parking garage. The breakfast was nothing more than a handful of snacks at best. Our room was fine, other than a nasty old microwave and fan that didn't turn very high. Its definitely an older hotel that they have tried to update with paint. The location is withim walking distance to the beach which is great, just dont miss the one entrance that is poorly marked!! All in all we would probably stay there again if ever in the area

The hotel is not handicapped friendly. There is no elevator, and the parking is underground. Open stairs to second floor. Breakfast area in registration area was not restocked and by 8am and there were little choices. No restroom in registration area. Rooms were basic but, clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of outlets for electronic devices.

The pros: affordable, continental breakfast, quiet area, and friendly staff. The cons: the entire property is under construction which we were not aware of until we arrived and WiFi was spotty. Some of the furnishings were stained and I can't say I was super comfortable with the level of cleanliness of the sheets, towels, etc. Overall, we didn't experience any significant issues since we were only there for four days and did not spend much time in our room. When I was booking, the photos I reviewed were rather misleading. If we return to the area, we will choose somewhere a bit nicer.

It was pretty bad, you could tell the room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the sink and stains on the small bench. Whoever “cleaned it” just tidied up.

The staff were professional and helpful! The breakfast room is well kept. The room i stayed in had spackle spots on all the walls, stains on the chair, and small stains on the bedding. It didnt feel good to be in.

I requested room on first floor due to my arthritic knees - i was located on the second floor besides the basement parking with only more stairs to get to the first floor level. On the first night I was provided a cool warm shower experience with 20% water pressure and before i went to bed I noticed a black speckled sticky soot attached to my feet so now the shower temperature was cold which made it harder to remove the black mystery stickiness . The next morning i was provided cold water shower and 25% water pressure. As I was shivering from the cold water shower at 5:00am shivering balls ass cold, I noticed a black ball hair wookie that had been secured to my feet by the black sticky soot. Water was too cold to rinse off, so had to scrape off on the floor towel. The reviews gave this hotel a 7 out of ten - correction should been a 4. I will never stay here again.

Ok but definitely 2 star quality. No elevator from parking or to second floor. Makes it difficult for seniors and handicapped.

An older hotel that is still undergoing renovation. The room was comfortable but should be better cleaned. The walls and corners were dirty. The breakfast was very basic, No hot items that I saw. It is located near the beach and the pier.

False advertisement. Not the same room I paid for. The towels were dirty. The clerk at night lied and said only handicap can park upstairs. I have a handicap placard but none of the cars had them. I think I also contacted Covid 19 which means no one is disinfecting the rooms. And I got a rash from a mosquito or something. But the manager was nice but that’s it

A single night for a single person, me the room was very small& pricey, questionable water coming out of the sink blowing air, and Brown water as it cleared the lines. Chipped paint on the wall behind the toilet nowhere to hang clothes on hangers, except on the shower curtain. Nice staff

When we checked in we were not given a key the refrigerator was so noisy we had to unplug it and bed was lumpy and hard

Was hard for us to stay at the 2nd floor since we had 11 luggages. there were 7 of us. but the rooms were very nice we loved it. it was cozy and modern for the price. we ended up extending our stay. Staff was very helpful and helped us with our bags. we loved it overall.

This facility is a poorly renovated motel. All room features and fixtures are old. Room doors open to the outside. Lots of smokers, court yard smells of smoke. We paid for 3 nights, and left after the first night.

The room was comfortable, although right outside the room is a patio and when other guests sit out there it is disturbing to others peace in the room. The fridge was very loud and also disturbing to sleep. it was one night.

This property is a pretty obvious flip... The building itself has seen better days, and the cosmetic touches the new owners have added don't quite cover up the fact. However, it was nice enough for the price. Would probably stay here again when traveling on a budget, and the location is great, if you're looking to be able to walk to the ocean / Redondo pier.

The cleanness is definitely an issues. All the surfaces, including the floor where dusty and dirty. I had to use ones of the trowels to wipe everything. It looks likely they're just changed the sheet's (there were two beds, and ones of them locked as if they're didn't change it. Someone would probably laid one it, on top). The counters had crumbs.

Located near the beach. Was quiet was able to reach many locations via bike , walking and driving from here. Would stay again at this location. They offered a continental breakfast. We stayed 3 nights, down side was they only cleaned once. Not enough clean towels, good thing I brought my own.

The rooms were nice and clean. It was a great value and much nicer than I expected for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to the beach. Free parking garage on property. Would definitely stay here again.
