I love to stay here when I’m in Keystone.
The staff is so nice and welcoming. Super comfortable bed and pillows!
Also they have one of the best hot tubs in the county so far.

It's basically clean, warm, and well-located. If that's what you're after, it works. It ain't the Ritz.
The internal walls are tissue paper - you can clearly hear conversations in the next room. Bring earplugs.
Also the morning coffee urn was present, but the only cups were the thin plastic water glasses, so maybe bring your own mug.
Other than that, totally fine.

Father/son ski trip. Just needed a convenient place to crash. Staff was kind. Location was wonderful. Price was right. Would stay again.

front guy pretty friendly, nice sauna but most uncomfortable bed and i guess they allow smoke and keep dogs in a room ..

The first room they put me in had a broken TV. I was then moved to the only other available room. I think the pictures speak for themselves but I'll explain further:
- Blood stains on the towels.
- Tub spout had a leak (not a drip, a running leak) that was never fixed.
- Mold growing on the walls in several spots.
- Unknown black substance in the toilet and that came off the rim.
- Stains on almost every piece of furniture.
I sent these pictures to Hotels.com and they gave me a 50% refund. I really feel like the people that run this business just don't care.

Do not stay here. We were unable to access our room for the night because our key stopped working at 11 pm and all attempts to contact the staff failed. We waited/slept uncomfortably in the lobby for several hours. The property still refused to refund our payment.

The location to Keystone is unbeatable, but this place is in need of some MAJOR renovations.
6.0
It is a pet friendly place and there were two rooms where the dogs were barking or whining non-stop from 7am to 9am (when we left). There was no-one staffing the front desk to complain to. It was a convenient place to stay. Not sure why they are charging a resort fee as it really isn’t a resort. It was a decent place to stay for our one night stay.

Furniture and mattress could be better

This place is in a great location and I loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

Where to begin….wall plate missing for light switch when first getting in room, almost shock myself. Threshold into bathroom missing. There is a dresser in the hallway to the bed. Can barely walk around. The toilet paper holder was broken. The bed sheets had the funk smell. Cant believe i spent $280 for one night in this ‘hole…

It was exactly what I needed at exactly the right time, check in was easy and the people were humble.

My go to place to stay for affordable lodging in the mountains.

A clean and affordable place for a night or two. Very basic and beds were ok but not great. Could use some upgrades

It was close to Keystone ski lifts.

Fantastic location, units are in desperate need of a whole remodel. I would be happy to take this off of the owners hands and remodel it. The a taff was lovely.

Staff was non existent place was good for location.

You get what you pay for here. Not a well kept place, but rather a less expensive stay to rest your head for the evening.
Cannot give five stars because nothing about the experience was even close to top service. Hard to get in touch with front desk ahead of time. Room is very run down and slightly dirty.
2.0
Customer service lacking, construction workers were staying there as well and walls are so thin you could them after work, in the night and early morning when it was time for them to go to work. Front desk not friendly, carpet extremely dirty, heater/ac unit super loud and rattled. We actually checked out next day after checking in, even though we were booked for 3 more days. We were willing to take the financial loss, thats how we felt about this place!

Room is in bad condition. Door deadbolt does not latch unless you lift up the door. Bathroom fixtures are old and some are broken. Fridge is very noisy. Carpet definitely needs replacing.

We picked this place because it was the best price compared to everything else. With that being said, you get what you pay for... which I feel for $181 i should have atleast had a decent bed. It was literally broken in the middle so my husband and I constantly rolled onto eachother all night. We had a long drive home today and got maybe 3hrs of slept. Also, i believe there was supposed to be breakfast and i was so bummed there was nothing. Coffee was decent though... so after my rant I do have to say it is a cool place, friendly staff, friendly guests but unfortunately the worst bed ever.

Location is fabulous! Directly across from Keystone Mountain and made for a great ski vacation home base. However, when we arrived, I appreciated the contactless check-in, until we opened the door to our hotel room and the window was left open (and stuck) and the room was 2 degrees and there was no one to tell or ask for a room change. The room took forever to heat up and we had to sleep in a hat and jacket. The beds were super bouncy and not that comfortable. The hot tub was only open in the late afternoon/evening (sometimes). I was sick for 2 days of our stay and stayed in the room all day, 1 of which the maintenance guy came into the room while I was napping and said he forgot someone was staying in that room that day - not very professional. Could be a great hotel with some upgrades invested into the place. But the location was key!

Near ski area, but not clean, almost non personal, matress uncomfortable.

While conveniently located across from Keystone's
Mountain House, this place left much to be desired.
The mattress was probably the original one from whenever the motel was established and I didn't get much sleep as a result. One pillow case had a tiny blood stain and the sheets were pilling causing rough sheets, if you can imagine.
There is dirt/dust inside the heating/cooling unit and it is not temperature controlled, so you decide if you want to be on fire the whole night or freezing. There were interesting scents through the whole place: mostly bleachy/moldy.
The sauna appeared nice from initial inspection, but there was a gray ring of filth film around the perimeter and the chemicals were so strong my eyes are still burning 24 hours later.

Booked last minute and was very happy with our rate and the ease of checking, not to mention how close it was to the ski resort!

This hotel is an affordable option for staying in Keystone. It's a no-frills hotel, but it's clean, conveniently located, and the staff is friendly. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room, but coffee was served in the lobby every morning.

Check in was easy and the front desk assistant was very friendly. The room was not good. Carpet was gross, bed was suspect and on a bed frame for a larger bed so nice metal supports to smash your legs against. The toilet was a large oval but had a small room seat, the back cover of the tank was too small and not for the toilet. The shower head was on a slider and was broken so it was at belly button level. Unfortunately it was just run down and dirty!

Felt very safe and homey while away from home.

Staff was very nice but the place is just way too run down and dirty to recommend.

The room was not renovated, smelled like dog pee, and the staff was partying outside so loudly we could hear it above our tv.
Won’t be staying here again.

Even though there was a sign on the front door to not smoke inside or in front on the building it reeked of pot smoke the two days we stayed there. It was apparent that people were smoking inside.

Check in was delightful. Customer service top notch.
