A kinda old motel type property. Room was very clean. Front desk people were nice and very helpful. Cheaper than most in the area.

Room was not refreshed well and one day it was missed entirely. Towels had holes.

The front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming, I always check the room for cleanliness and everything was spotless and clean. The heater warmed the room quickly and was strong. The drawers were clean. I am new to Eugene and I felt safe staying here. There was a gazebo for smokers which I am and I appreciated the cleanliness and shelter from rain and I liked that the set up felt inviting. The lady said a concert was going on which is why people were staying but the other guests were quiet during the night. I would stay again.

This hotel is within walking distance of multiple concert venues, and is perfect for a quick overnight trip from Portland.

Loved that it was walks away from the downtown

There is a additional $250 dollar deposit (refundable)before you can check in. When someone plans a trip every penny is accounted for so needless to say i cancelled the stay. Spent the next 3 hours to find a hotel. Found one that was more dollars a night more but with a 50 dollar deposit. I was able to eat on my trip.

We stay at this hotel after a Ducks FB game.
-Room was ok not good just ok
-Everything worked
-Beds comfort was 3 out of 5
-We did not use the shower, heading home early
-Many homeless people in the area
-I would not recommend this property to anyone that feels unsafe around the unhoused, if you decide to go out after dark do it in groups never alone

Property needs a major upgrade.

Don’t stay here. They charged my credit card without my permission for a service dog. $xxx. Then I reported the charges as fraud they asked me to leave. I had $ to my name and no place to stay. A chihuahua that’s very well behaved and trained. I have documentation that he is a service dog.

The sink in our bathroom didn’t drain. We reported the issue, and it still wasn’t fixed

Great location - walking distance to the Saturday Market in the heart of downtown. Rooms are clean and in good taste. Hey - what more does one want - would stay here again.

Thanks for putting us in a dog room with paws prints all over the sheets and stained. Never again! Go down the street their are way better places for about 10 bucks more…

Parking was really tight. Small rooms. Staff was quick to respond when notified of an issue.

It took almost 25 minutes with the check-in process. I felt bad for the other customer waiting to check-in. The person claimed my credit card was declined when it was her entry error AND most importantly my ID was scanned into your system. No other hotel I stayed at did this. I will not say at your hotel again

Location is in a quiet neighborhood with some great local eateries and coffee shops within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and place had all the basic needs. Only complaint is towels are cheap quality so bring your own.

Okay place for the price. One of the rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom had blood from someone cleaning needles in it. Ruined the whole experience and made us worry about what else wasn’t clean or checked.

Decent location. Friendly staff. But the room had a mildew odor in places. Pretty expensive for an old hotel.

They did not give me the room I reserved. The room they gave me smelled of wet dog and mold. The front desk lady said they did not offer the room I requested but it turns out they did. The continental breakfast was extremely small and limited with no place to sit.

Cobwebs on the ceiling. Bathroom exhaust fan caked with dust. Dust on baseboards and top of door casings. Room smelt like fabuloso and rubbing alcohol

Location was ideal for my need and price was right at this quaint old motel that is upgraded and cleaned up.
They took care of the smokers by erecting a large gazebo with four bench seats. Outside my door.
But, the party crowd finished up in the gazebo at 2:30AM. The early construction guys warmed up their trucks at 3:00AM, 4:00AM, 4:30AM, etc.
Then there was the clunky, groaning, burbling, sighing refrigerator.

Comfortable older motel on the downtown fringe. Liked that the towels were newer and not thread-bare like some older properties. Bed was firm but slept fine. The tv was nice, but for some reason kept kicking over to Netflix from cable...that was weird. I would stay here again.

TV and Internet did not work, and attendant was unable to fix. Breakfast was a joke!!
