This conference center hotel is a comfortable and economical place to stay. On the campus of ETS. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Rooms are a bit dated but clean.

Coffee pot needs cleaning in roo 129, including the insides .. Also sheets are very thin. Mattress could be better too.

Not a great experience at this hotel. From the first interaction with the front desk staff, to them losing my reservation because they "do not deal with Expedia", to a dirty room and smelly, moldy shower. Would not recommend this hotel, at all.

There were no soap, hangers and stand for suitcase. No enough outlets for charging my phones. Also I could see some hairs on my bed sheet and dust on coffee machine.

Staff is amazing, especially Jocelyn at the front desk who checked us in. Public spaces are very nice with lots of natural light. Breakfast was a nice touch. The grounds are very nice! BUT the actual rooms are worn out: carpets, furniture, beds, plumbing, etc. There were no sheers on the windows. The room needed a deep clean. Corners, under the bed, baseboards were all disgusting and dirty. We put up our kids there back in June and noted the same for the room they were in—it was worn out! These rooms need a refresh.

Before Covid, this property was well kept and the rooms smelled and looked clean. Post Covid, the room smelled musty, the outside chairs had dead bugs and cobwebs all over them, the hotel had only one visible staff member, and with a wedding taking place, other visitors were disregarded. The restaurant was non existent. No visible staff working it so eating there was not an option. When inquired about it, I was told the cooking was taking place for the wedding so best to come later. I booked the hotel because our intention was to also eat there. The work out room nice. The pool area inside okay. The outdoor area from the pool was dirty and a mess and looked nothing like the scenic, relaxing photos online. Dead bugs everywhere, nothing swept, cushions not cleaned off or even positioned properly for seating. You were basically on your own with no staff. It was literally like a motel that charges four star hotel fees. Bar was closed entire time. Wedding was loud and right outside your room. No relaxing during this overnight stay. Waste of money.

I checked in at 10 pm and the receptionist who checked me in was very rude. It’s in a beautiful location but very isolated from rest of Princeton and sparsely populated. Their breakfast was really good.

The grounds are beautiful, and the staff is very nice. The room in general was ok finishes were mismatched and carpet was old but in decent condition. The balcony and my bathroom floor were filthy (hair and dirt on the floor). I also was very disappointed as the first picture on the site is the pool, which was unusable to me as a guest during my stay. The hotel has someone performing private swimming lessons in the pool. I arrived at 4:30pm and was really looking forward to using the facilities. I went to the pool to find lessons taking place. I left and went back to my room, figuring I would try again after dinner. I spoke to the front desk attendant sometime around 7:30 as lessons were still taking place, but she was unable to do anything for me. She advised the pool should be free at 8. Unfortunately, lessons took place until at least 9:30pm at which point I gave up as the pool closes at 10pm.

Clean beautiful property. Very nice staff. Nice salt water pool. Great breakfast buffet. Some amenities were missing or quirky: Coffee maker in room with no coffee pot, TV that cannot turn off screen saver so light is on all night(I had to unplug). Desk with no workspace room because coffee maker area is fixed to middle of desk. Other than these oddities beds were comfortable and had a lovely stay.

The room I stayed in was clearly renovated from hardwood flooring with the absolute cheapest industrial carpet imaginable. There were places on the floor that were uneven with nails sticking up. It also had a loud, annoying creaking sound in several spots. The wall unit for the heating / cooling was so loud when it kicked on that it would wake me from a dead sleep. You could hear everything happening in the hall ways, due to the thin walls, which also kept me awake. Finally, due to the incredibly poor layout of the hotel, which has the dining area placed between two sections of rooms, the only way to get to my room was to take the elevator up to the second floor and walk HUNDREDS of feet, through the dining hall (with all of my luggage) and all the way through several winding corridors, which are UPHILL in several places. It took almost an hour to unload and re-load my car as a result of this, even using a luggage cart. Unless you are training for a marathon, I would not stay here unless you are placed in the first section of buildings.
