The room stunk of cigarettes, TV didn’t work the entire stay, shower was dirty, and sheets had hair on them so I had to sleep on top of the bedding.

Quick overnight stay. Not a single problem. Had a good nights sleep and a hot shower. Thank you.

Laundry machines not clean. Smell in halls. Breakfast ok (a few fresh food) Really close to bus station to New York.

Good Breakfast

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I usually stay at teh Hilton over there butbthey have gone downhill so tried out this hotel. My biggest complaint is the shower rod and shower curtain. The rod must be installed incorrectly at a slant so the shower curtain slides and bunches in the middle of the rod....yes, wayer everywhere whenever you need to shower. Its a simple fix, I hope they just fix them. Otherwise, I was very happy that they and the hotel next door have a charger for e vehicles but wish they had more than one each. Gets difficult to find them available. The size of the rooms are great, the lobby is nice and teh staff very friendly and helpful! It seems that they are on the verge though of needing a "face lift" but overall the interior is satisfactory! I will return.

When we checked in at 3.30pm and went to the room it had not been cleaned

The check-in and checkout process was easy and efficient! The room was very clean. I loved the shower and the pressure from the shower head. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

It was a nice little area with other hotels around everything was very clean the staff was very friendly I had nothing to complain about

Hotel staff was very friendly. Not satisfied at all with hotel management assistance when dealing with emergency vehicle brakedown. EV charging station not usable yet hotel was not open to help us resolve issue with discharged vehicle.

Everything was provided for a good stay. Service was good and breakfast ok. Only problem was the exercise machines in the gym needed a tune up.

The hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was tasty. The hotel did have some cable issues. I enjoyed my stay.

Reception service was terrible. Did not know what accessible room is for a handicap person. Really had hard time for first 3 days even though I was a handicap with polio walking with Walker I had to change the room 3 times in 2 days just because toilet flush was not working at all. It was broken and at night about 930 pm I came to hotel and I went into the room I found out that I was allotted a room without toilet. Had to carry our own luggage and moved in another room without help. I did not have booking for one day in between. I was promised that I am good till 23 rd sep. and the night before I was told to that there is no room available. I had to rent hotel last movement with very expensive hotel last minute. Terrible time. Management terrible. Reception service very poor. Will think twice if I have to stay again!!!

I liked the breakfast set up and the fact there is a bar at the Renaissance hotel next door. Very convenient. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The bathroom had mildew, the treadmill didn’t work, the elliptical was broken, the TV didn’t work well due to weather, and the breakfast was horrible. I suspect the pancake machine was “out of order” so the staff didn’t have to clean it. The ice machine on the first floor didn’t work, there wasn’t one on the second floor. With the exception of the front desk staff I don’t think any of them speak.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. Toliet paper in bathroom, horrible, too thin. No place too get water or soda, found one soda machine on 4th floor but shut off....with no restaurant it would be nice to have a area with water, soft drinks etc. To have in evening and early morning. Also found that bus trip guest while we were there for 4 nights, they hoard things from free breakfast, one lady took 5 english muffins, alot took multiple amount of fruit, took waters and muffins etc...the breakfast was excellent all 4 mornings, just didnt like seeing all the extra food being taken out of place. I would still book at any Holiday Inn, have been staying at different ones for years.

I mostly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was excited to be away on vacation on my anniversary so I made the most of the hotels problems, but I would not stay at this hotel again. This was not my worst anniversary hotel stay but far from the best.I felt customer service was lacking from the front desk. Front desk made no real effort to help with questions or concerns. Immediately upon entering the hotel room my husband and I were overwhelmed with the awful smell of mildew from the jetted tub bathroom. I thought sharing a bath together in this huge jetted tub would be so romantic and relaxing but due to poor hotel and bathroom upkeep the cracks in the floors in wall allowed mildew to grow. Bathroom probably never gets properly cleaned with bleach. Major upkeep is needed. Front desk told us maintenance was gone for the day gave us a can of air freshener and never offered to change our room or any additional help with the awful mildew room problem. Next the room mini fridge that was on the coldest setting with nothing in it when we came to the room and still was not even slightly cold. I could not even chill a bottle of water in it for something cold and refreshing to drink. When we asked the front desk they told us the technician would look at it. Then told us there was nothing wrong with the fridge that a FRIDGE ONLY CHILLS DOES NOT GET THINGS COLD. YES THIS WAS SAID. Next the room key that never worked for more then one use at a time. I had to go to the front desk so manytime

When we arrived at the hotel after booking on Expedia they said they did not have a reservation for us. I showed the receptionist the receipt but she said that they did not have the reservation under my name and that they were already booked for the night. Our card was charged and is currently pending however we did not get to stay and we ended up having to drive 4 hours back home since our hotel that we booked ahead of time and have confirmation that it was booked was not available. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful but unfortunately our experience booking on Expedia wasn’t great.

The granddaughters loved the pool! We all enjoyed being able to eat breakfast together.
