The front desk clerk upon check in was fabulous. Friendly, accommodating and efficient. I checked in after 9pm and she was so very pleasant. I will be back. The concierges in the am were just as pleasant, I simply had more interaction with the night auditor.

Property was clean. Staff was friend. Curtain in room would not open. No biggie since we’re only staying one night. Toilet would not flush most times due to it not filling up after the last flush which was annoying but overall property was nice.

We had an amazing time at the Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy and the amenities were great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had an excellent time.

We were on the 6th floor & the room next to us brought their barking dog that we had to listen to at night & early morning. Quests with pets should all be on a lower floor as not to be a nuisance to others. Breakfast buffet ran out at 9:15 & there was no coffee

When my wife and I travel we always search out a Hampton Inn as first priority booking. Anyway, we had checked in and received a handicap room which was ok because that may have been my fault at booking. When I entered the room (212) I couldn’t believe how “dated” it looked and very unusual for a Hampton Inn, wallpaper coming apart and the heater was controlled by a remote. We had to leave to meet some family for dinner so I could not address the issue at the time. When we returned several hours later the issue remained with the heating unit and remote. I took it down to the front lobby desk and explained the situation to the girl attending and she forwarded to the night manager I assume. She immediately said that should not be happening and asked if she could go to the room to see if she could fix the problem. After a quick diagnosis she said, this is not right and offered another room which we accepted. The next room (215) definitely meet the standards of a Hampton Inn 😁. Another person certainly noteworthy (Stephanie) was kind, courteous, my wife says adorable, is an asset to any organization.👍👍👍

I like Hampton inn generally but at this location we had fire sound at 5:30 am. My kids and my wife were scared for around one hour and half with sound.

The motel was great, the only downfall was flashing security on the building next door It flashed into the only window all night. And also the room needs a longer shade so you don't see the flashing light at all.

Stay and sleep is fine. That should be fine. I was asked to move my room 3 times. Staff was fabulous. Rooms Were tidy. Area = remote and busy with heavy traffic. You'll need a car for sure.

They’re operating on one boiler shower water was maybe Luke warm at best…wouldn’t book a room facing the street ..busy road and at 615 am the planes start taking off

I had a work related trip in Tampa. I arrived at 1 AM and clerk was very helpful and courteous. The hotel appearance was great very clean, and the bed were very comfortable. The breakfast selection was very good and the complementary coffee and teas or very helpful when I arrive from work. Overall great experience at the Hampton Inn, I will continue to use them wherever I go.

When the TV, the microwave, and the hot water in the shower are all not working when you first go into a room, you know it’s not going to be a good day, and this one was very disappointing. Compared to other Hampton Inns where I’ve been. I needed to request a maid to clean my room…it’s no longer done automatically!

Assistant manager Taylor H totally rude totally unprofessional had no idea of what was going on yet told me she did because she heard half of the issue from one of her staff members no idea whatsoever of what customer service about because if we don't listen to the customer there's no way we can help the customer or are giving the customer service we must first hear the issue before we reject anything the customer is saying.

Unrequested wake-up call at 3:00 am. Called again at 3:10. Got four hours sleep to get up and drive ten hours. Mistakes happen, but in the morning the desk person was curt, rude and very unprofessional. Made for a bad stay. My follow-up call after I got home was handled really well by someone who was professional. One employee ( who sat eating while I stood at the desk and was not wearing a name tag as required) can, unfortunately, stain a motel’s reputation.
