Very dated, broken furniture thats very old, tv from the 2000s, request for hiusekeeping never occurred, try the newer la quinta across the street

The clerk checking us in was not very friendly. The rooms were ok, some stains on carpet. We had and accessible room, there was no place to set anything in the bathroom except the back of the toilet, or on top of the towels.

For $320 I expect a CLEAN room, that looks and smells clean. The Chair and ottoman were filthy dirty and had a huge obvious stain. The remote was disgusting, and had food on it, had to disinfect it myself. Fridge was dirty with spills. The shower had mildew. For a weekend getaway I was soo disappointed. Left a note to front staff and in the room. Hope someone takes the initiative to really clean the room for the next guests

For the price, the room exceeded expectations with cleanliness, comfort of the bed and linen. The size of the suite and the amenities were very nice. We slept comfortably and felt safe.

AC made squeaks when cycling off. Shower curtain rod close to falling off. Stale hallway air despite open window. Final cost was more than expected after changing reservation from 2 nights to just one well within the free cancellation period. Should be half the original quote, but it was more. I want a refund for the difference or I will not return ever.

The website showed they have wine and a bar when i got there i was informed they no longer do that. It smelled musty and the bed was uncomfortable. Ontop of that i was locked in an elevator after the power went out because the back up generator broke. Poeer outage isnt their fault but i was in a state of panic until the fire department came

Staff was great. Walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors all night. Was not conducive to a good nights sleep even with ear plugs and pillow over my head. Won’t be back.

They changed my reservation upon arrival without any explanation. Furniture was badly stained, curtains were stained and had been slashed, TV way outdated so basically useless. Mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Not what I expect when paying over $200 a night

The hotel is just off WA12 and close to Downtown Walla Walla and the Whitman College campus. It is clean and staffed by friendly people who are knowledgeable about the amenities of the facility and also about the region. We found it comfortable and an excellent value.

Slightly older property that is clean and well maintained. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Everything in the room worked as expected. Rear patio overlooking the river is especially enjoyable.

Big clean quiet and comfortable rooms. Not walking distance on such a hot night but east access road to everything. There is a pay along the canal that is about a 20” walk to the middle of downtown. We we’re pulling a raft so parking was east there.

It is an older hotel, but was a decent stay. It was clean and staff was friendly. Not worth what I paid to stay though unfortunately..

They really need to review the air conditioning capabilities, especially in the room we stayed in. It ran all night and the room never got cool. Yes it was in the 90’s outside, but air conditioning should be able to cool to 75 or 80 at the most, never did. The breakfast area was so cold you needed a coat on. We will not be staying at this location in the future

The room was clean and the staff friendly. It is in a somewhat industrial and rundown area. But it is about 7 minute drive to downtown and right off Hwy. 12, so easy access.
