we had an easy check in on a friday night. the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. check in was seemless room was spacious and totally adequate for my family of 4. everything worked .. microwave oven etc . which was nice . breakfast was great for what was offered and the lobby is open 24/7 for snacks coffee etc . the night clerk on friday was very kind and helpful. great room for the value would stay there again if we travel to dover

The whole place is beautiful. We have 2 small dogs and it was worth the extra $50 to stay in a place that nice. The room even had a dishwasher. Just wish we were in the area longer so we’d be able to stay there a few days

The rooms could be cleaner. We didn’t have a lot of stuff we had to go ask for it even a shower. Was missing we had to get that.

Overnight trip north..stop over before driving in am. Ok place for a quick stop with a pup. Coffee machine is not so great..people friendly.

I was in town for work; got to catch up with old friends in the area. My wife & I thought the room was pretty nice; there are clear signs of water damage however. The hallways weren't the tidiest, however, it was a good place to stay for the night. good location and the staff was relatively friendly.

Staff super friendly. However needs a huge update, room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke, carpet very old, bathroom door didn’t close right bc old and warped. Also heating unit didn’t function properly

Elevator reeked of cigarettes. Hair in tub. Room smelled of mildew so did hallway. Little sleep due to guest above me stomping around and dropping things all night. Second time staying here and the noise experienced was the same. Don’t think I will be staying there again .

There was a lot of noise at night, and the walls are thin. People were outside in their cars blasting their music and there was a constant small of marijuana in the rooms next to me. The staff was pleasant, and it is a convenient location

Our room was inexpensive and yet spacious, clean and well decorated. It had a nice kitchenette with all necessities (even a toaster!) a big bathroom and the largest tv you will ever see in a hotel room. The weather was awful all day (T.Storm Ophelia) but our room made up for it and the hotel was warm and welcoming in every way. I highly recommend this lovely hotel, for a short or longer stay.

We like the spacious room that fit all of our kids comfortably. The area was safe and quiet, and the breakfast options pleased everyone. It was nice to have the kitchenette and large mini fridge. It was close to the AFB and a short drive to all the restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The desk clerk even helped me to put new batteries in my child’s toy. I would stay here again.

Every year I stay here one night as I travel to the beach. The rates are extremely reasonable, the rooms are amazing. Although I don't stay long enough to enjoy the kitchenette and living area, it's great

This hotel is old , funky smell in rooms of bleech mold and cig smoke. Things are half broken in the room and the hotel needs a renovation badly. We paid 225$ pernight and it should be 59$

Check in was quick and easy, front staff were pleasant/friendly. The room is a nice size and appears to be clean. There is a very stale smell when first walking into the room. That smell later fades. The room could use a plug in to help with the staleness. The couch appears to have pet fur? On the arm. The stale smell and fur on the couch arm are the only issues.

The design of your stateroom was very comfortable. We enjoyed it throughly. The hotel is in a safe and convenient location. Easy access to highway and local business, yet it was very quiet. Your staff member Sandra is very friendly and caring. She jump to help when there was a slight problem. Thanks, Sandra. Over all it was a great experience. We will choose your hotel when we visit the area in the future.

Hotel is showing it’s age & is in severe need of updating. Hotel smells horrible. Booked a king, was put in a Queen went back to desk they said Hotels.com sent them wrong info but moved us anyway. This is our 2nd stay here, our first probably 8-10 years ago. Very difficult to get into. Pictures shown must be old pictures.

My family flew across the United States to visit my son in the Air Force. The room was very dirty with trash and dirty sheets and towels on the bed. Cigarette butts in the couch. I’m very disappointed

Staff very nice and friendly. There was a questionable red stain on the couch and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed. But no signs of bed bugs and the other guests were relatively quiet. Also booked a room with a king size bed… it definitely was not a king sized bed. It was a full size. Kind of disappointing but the room served it’s purpose.
