Hotel mit top Lage.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top und nur 5 Minuten von der Plaza de España entfernt. Auch alle anderen Attraktionen können zu Fuß erkundet werden. Eine Tiefgarage mit Chip des Hotels (15 € pro Tag) ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hat uns geschmeckt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit Klimaanlage.

Das Bad entspricht unserer Meinung nach nicht mehr dem Standard und ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier dürfte renoviert werden.

Schönes Strandhotel in bester Lage.

Super Lage direkt am Meer und nahe der Altstadt. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Frühstück wird serviert und ist sehr reichhaltig und empfehlenswert. Nettes Hotelpersonal.

Отель, который сэкономил на розетках в номерах.

Месторасположение отличное. Рядом с площадью Испании. Вежливый персонал. Номер достаточно просторный, есть сейф, огромная кровать. В ванной комнате все необходимые принадлежности. В целом, неплохо за эти деньги.

Количество розеток в номере неприятно удивило. 1 розетка возле огромной двуспальной кровати, 1 розетка возле стола и 1 розетка в ванной! И это самый главный минус!!! Кнопка унитаза сломана, плохо работает. Минибар пустой. Планировка ванной комнаты неудобная, вроде места много, а неправильно расположенная сантехника мешает ходить! Архитектору-проектировщику огромный минус. Пора делать ренновацию санузлов и заменить эти старые унитазы с бачком! Заодно поменять планировку ванной комнаты. На мой взгляд, биде вообще лишнее, достаточно бы было гигиенического душа.

Óptima relação qualidade preço

O quarto estava renovados, pelo que parecia novo. A vista é boa e está a 5 minutos da praça de Espanha. Está muito perto também de outros locais de interesse turístico.

A insonorização. Na primeira noite não dormi bem porque se conseguia ouvir a pessoa do quarto ao lado a ressonar.

Nice and clean hotel in great (but quite loud) location

Great location! Short walks away from attractions. Be aware that it’s located near a bigger street, but I am used to city noise, so it didn’t bother me. When windows are closed there is no noise problem. It was very clean and I felt comfortable. Very nice staff. I liked the breakfast, there was an appropriate diversity of foods.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the ventilation shaft.

Nice stay close to Plaza de Espana

Location was amazing, in a quiet area of the city. Very close to main public transport stations (500m). There is also a bus station in front of the hotel

There was nothing i didn't like. I totally recommend it.

The hotel service is terrible, we don’t have enough words to describe all the disgrace that was going on in the hotel. When we were settled in, the service staff seemed kind and responsive from the beginning, unfortunately everything was the other way around. We took one room, and in the room there was an expensive gift that we brought with by ourselves, At the moment when we were not at the hotel, this precious gift was stolen and we think that it was stolen by the working staff, because when we saw that there was no gift, we told them and they didn’t say anything, as if it were normal, this is not the first time them, as if every day things disappear from the rooms, we are prone to the fact that this thing was stolen by the working staff. If you want a normal hotel, I do not advise you to go to this hotel, since your things will also be stolen. THIS IS NOT NORMAL

Good clean place with decent location and spacious rooms at good price

Overall good location, very clean property which accommodated our requests. Spacious room too. Checkin process simple and they let us check in early too

We would have preferred a single king/queen bed but got 2 single beds but they were joined together so not that big a problem

Staff is there when you need

I can't believe you could call this whole an underground parking and charge money for it. It's a miracle the car survived falling into this rabbit hole and we didn't kill the engine pulling it up. This experience is certainly going to stick in our memory as the most panic - provoking one

i have stayed there numerous times with family or friends, I am not happy about this. i know I picked non refundable but

My husband was critical in hospital so I could not go on holiday. No refund from hotel which is appalling, they made 351 euros out of me not being able to come

Very good

close to the Alhambra but unfortunately couldn’t get tickets for it. the man who helped us check in helped us with providing handicap parking. We appreciated his thoughtfulness.

could have been better if they had basic stuff like a kettle in the room for people with disabilities. they didn’t even have one when we asked.

Welcome Staff and very helpful. Great design of your room and thoughtful extras for personal needs.

The position local to lots of the sights. Secure parking available and great design of the room with everything you could wish for available there for you.

The windows could have been triple glazed, to help cut down traffic noise.

Okay for a business trip, not a holiday hotel

My room was clean and tidy, the housekeepers did a great job

The hotel facilities are average. There is no gym, no entertainment area, no restaurant or bar. The breakfast was average, cheap processed meats, only bread and cereals, two options for hot food that were not high quality. Additionally, it took two days for me to get staff to assist with adding subtitles to the tv for me, as I don’t speak Spanish. When I arrived, I was given no information about the hotel, breakfast service, but just handed my key. The location is okay, it takes about 20 mins to walk to the nice areas.
