The hotel needs general cleaning. The beverage options at the pool bar is very limited, cheap and not tasty. White wine served warm or with ice if asked. Dinner/breakfast poor quality. The hotel is in convenient location with bus stop, good just for one night for travelers

Wonderful place full of beautiful flowers, light and color!! One perfect place for a relaxing holiday time wishing to come again there, as soon as possible!! All the meals were really tasty and deliciouse, with a big variety choices every day. Very pleasant impressed by very fresh vegetables, every day and the omelets made fresh right in front of you. And… not in the last range, very attentively and friendly staff!! The room was great and balcony… wonderful place for listenning the song of the birds in the morning and ballad of the crickets every night. Wake-up every morning by trills and songs of the little birds is one unforgettable feeling! Any bad word for room-service! We were daily spoiled by fresh linen and towels and one high standard quality cleaning. About beach distance, the location is excellent, short distance to the beach! We recommend Natur Garden to everyone like a little paradise available for any pocket.

Banging music all day no escape anywhere in hotel Food was lukewarm and unappealing Staff not helpful at all the ground and pool were pleasant enough and the rooms were basic but clean

Check in as a nightmare as I do not think the hotel as expecting us. Waited over an hour for a key only to find the maid as still cleaning the room. Receptionist was not helpful. Food as not labeled and lukewarm to cold. Breakfast was eggs and salad Hard boiled eggs, hard fried eggs or on two days omeletes. The Bar closed at 11pm on the dot, drinks were low alcohol and cold not accommodate the amount of clients. There was no room information I.e Meal times, telephone numbers or local attractions. Booked a garden room but got one overlooking the road outside. Pool area was good and clean and plenty of sun beds. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Great value for the price, friendly and respectful staff, convenient location 5 min away from the harbor, easy public transportation, smoking is unrestricted in open public areads is a huge discomfort for a non-smoker.

Was a great stay. Hotel a bit tired looking in places but spotlessly clean. The rooms obviously used to be self catering so the cupboards do need to be replaced with more practical storage cupboards /drawers. The food is very typically Turkish, and plenty of it. 8am...breakfast. 12.30.....lunch. 15.00 snacks.......17.00 cake and coffee/tea, 19.00.......dinner. We have no complaints at all about the food. The staff were incredibly polite, constantly busy yet not intrusive. They were constantly trying to keep ontop of the fallen flowers from the abundance of bougainvillea. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach. Turn left and it is quite quiet and almost quaint. .....turn right and it is a buzzing aray of restaurants. They are quite literally, on the beach! Didnt eat out as hotel is all inclusive....but they are very inviting. Maybe next time. Overall.......loved our stay and hope to go back.

Way too many people in the hotel. It was impossible to use the swimming pool, the restaurant was too full as well - food average. Rooms were old and in bad condition. The staff was very nice however it was difficult to have a conversation in other language than turkish. Also, the manager charged me 6TL for having a 20 sec conversation using his phone to book a cab then saying its only 1,5€. I guess the low price is very accucate to the service being given.
