We come here many times, always happy we the service, but this time, charge an additional fee, for another person. That said I only booked for two people. And usually make us feel very welcome, not this time don’t know what happened

I was a bit disappointed that the hotel, while nice, it is not a 5 star hotel. Place is a bit dated, but everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel Pueblo Amigo has become much more expensive in the last few years, but service is always good, and the staff is very friendly. It seems that some portion of the hotel has always been under construction for at least 15 years, and this trip was no different. Room renovations made it a bit noisy.

We always choose this property because it’s close to the border, but this time it was horrible they had no water for a couple of hours and the whole hotel smelled horrible

Excellent stay, food was good, dinners a little large, so careful to order one plate. The steak was great. The in house massage with Carolina was amazing. Good place to stay.

The outside of the hotel was discouraging however all the staff was very attentive and professional. Inside the hotel was very clean and the room was surprisingly large and also clean.

Was not as expected from the photos or description. Also a non smoking hotel, but there was smoking. We were switched to another room and it was an older room and still smelled like smoke. Our lights in the room did not work. We only had the lamp and the natural light. The breakfast was good!

The property was very clean with a casino on site. The staff was very friendly the room was updated, clean and had all amenities necessary. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was delicious. Very happy with the stay and look forward to future visits.

Everything was ok, but the first night someone was to try to open the doors, we were so scared, thanks God we did the security lock so thay can open the door.
Todo esta excelente, solo en la prinera noche nos asustamos porque quisieron abrir el cuarto, estabamos muy asustados pero teniamos el seguro de arriba.

Front desk was not very friendly. I only spoke English. Bed was ok but not great. Linens and pillows excellent. You have to ask for ice to be delivered but it was free. Clean, quiet room, several English channels to choose from. Overall comfortable and quiet. I felt safe there since I was traveling alone. Just front desk staff could have been more friendly to me. I felt like I was a nuisance to them instead just by asking for change or about ice. Housekeeping and Door men very nice and helpful.
