It has it's own private entrance, however, the ceiling is the floor of the upper unit. Therefore, as with most connected units....you may hear the guests above. ***PLEASE NOTE*** If you are looking for a “PARTY HOUSE", unfortunately this property will not suit your needs. While we certainly encourage our guests to enjoy their stay...we must also insist that no one in the area is disturbed by excessive or loud noise, partying, drinking or any type of behavior that would prevent neighbors from a peaceful enjoyment of their homes before or after "reasonable hours". ***There is just ONE (1) parking space for this unit, however, it will not accommodate an oversized or wide vehicle. The space may be difficult to navigate, as it's slanted and a bit low on one side. Guests may not feel comfortable getting their vehicle in that spot, so please be advised you may need to use street parking that is not near the unit.
