About this house rental
Looking for great place for you, your family, or maybe a few couples that is within walking distance of Wimberley Square AND has access to the Blanco River?... plus with the whimsical attitude you want in Wimberley? Check back in late September as we are excited to offer the Hippie Pickle to our guests for a stay you wont forget. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hot tub, fireplace, screened in porch, fountain, firepit, and did we mention the whimsy? So much more than your normal stay on 3/4 of an acre right near everything you want for your trip. More details soon No dogs on furniture. There will be a charge for professional cleaning if there are spots on the carpets.

Just a fantastic getaway! Very cozy, accommodating, and relaxing. Highly recommend . Always lovely to be able to bring your dog. Close to the square and grocery stores. Definitely will return!

Love this colorful, art-filled property within walking (really!) distance from the shops and restaurants in Wimberley. Everything you could need in the kitchen, books to read, games and puzzles to enjoy, even a scavenger hunt on the property. Beds were extremely comfortable, missed trying the hot tub, but will definitely be back to try it next time.

Was a very unique home and was perfect for a nice getaway with the in-laws for Thanksgiving.

I cant say enough about this charming house! The location was perfect and so close to the heart of downtown with shopping and lots of restaurants. We were maybe 5-10 min from the blue hole park for great swimming. Just remember to make a reservation. We also drove about 40 min to canyon lake to jet ski. It was an amazing place
To stay and loved all the amenities. The ac was working really well and the beds were so comfortable.
Kitchen pretty much had everything one would need to cook anything! I can’t wait to have the opportunity to book again!

The property is much larger than photos show, don’t think we even used the living room. The backyard is very spacious and has many amenities. The covered porch was very nice for hanging out at night without having to worry about bugs. Main bedroom was large and very comfortable. Walkout to the hot tub was a bonus, though some directions on how to use would have been a plus.
Overall, we had a great time at Hippie Pickle and would definitely return.

This house is amazing! So much space to be together or apart. Everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. Bathrooms were spotless and very unique. All in all whoever designed this home did a fabulous job!

My friends and I gathered at the Hippie Pickle with intentions of touring the Hill Country vineyards, music venues, and the sites of Wimberly. Then the ice storm hit. Fortunately we were in the best place to "weather" the storm. Cozy house, delightful gathering nooks, hot tub (when we dared to go out in the ice) consistent electric power and gas fire place. We especially appreciated the attention and concern of our hosts who texted frequently to check on us. We were very happy to be at the Hippie Pickle!

House is great with a maze like feel. We all loved it, including our fur babies. Place was clean, well stocked (kitchen stuff, garbage bags, etc), and hosts were very friendly and responded back quickly to questions.
We will definitely be back with friends !!!!
