Be one of the guests to stay with us as we transition our 4 bedrooms, 2 full bath home theme into the “World of Saga.” Our home is accessed by a smart lock and with a brand new entry door and updated porch lighting. Once inside, guests will notice the newly designed open floor plan, brand-new calm yellow paint job, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout the entire home. A modern metal dining table provides enough seating for family dining or competitive game night with plenty of natural light to brighten the mood. The living room is decked out with a brand new sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, and smart tv for the perfect movie night. Let's get started on the kitchen! Stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, new cabinets, and an abundance of small appliances and cookware make your next family dinner stress free and delectable. Off the kitchen is a spare bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed and a large window. This bedroom shares a wall with the brand new full-sized bath that has a new corner shower, washer/dryer, and new black hexagon floor tiles throughout. The back deck is accessible through the shared always of this bedroom. The deck offers plenty of space to entertain and connect with your loved ones. A grill and patio table and chairs set are provided. Let's head upstairs! The single staircase that leads to the second floor has two entrances. One in the kitchen, to prevent disturbing your sleeping guests in the living room and one in the living room for easy access upon entering our home. Be sure to check out the unique light fixture that we splurged on for our guests on you're way up lol. Bedroom 1, (soon to be the Scarface room est. Spring 2023) This master bedroom is the largest in the house and decked out with a beautiful gold canopy king-size bed, large wall-mounted smart tv, and 100& blackout curtains that'll allow you to sleep late after a night of partying or pull them open to say hello to an Atlantic City sunrise. To the right of the staircase is bedroom 2 ( Jurassic Park Bedroom est Spring 2023). This bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed that is perfect for families or groups who know how to have a good time! We upgraded these beds and all the beds in our home with top of the lines memory foam mattresses that make any sleep, good sleep. The final bedroom (soon to be the Star Wars bedroom est Spring 2023) is the smallest and is fancied with a queen-sized bed and closet that is perfect for a couple or two young adults. The second-floor bedroom is next to the room at the end of the hall. The unique barn door proves entry into the brand new bathroom with tub/shower combo, large window, ample lighting and our hexagon floor tile throughout. Our home has been through a full renovation but it was important to us to keep the historical elements of its structure and accents. When you arrive, you'll see the plaque next to the front door showing that it was built in 1901. We invite you to be a part of our home history and experience a stay with us. By agreeing with these rules while inside/outside of property boundaries, guests are acknowledging their responsibility in following local laws--especially when it comes to affecting other people's peace. We want you and your guests to have a good time. So, no more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on-site at any given time unless approved by the host or hosts (an additional unreported guest fee is $200/person). We have to inform you that smoking or drugs of any kind are not allowed in our home. If it becomes evident, $250 will be charged for every violation thereof and the smoker/using illegal substances may face further legal action as well! When it is time for you to clean up, so please take all of the trash to the trash cans: BTW: no glitter or confetti allowed. Also, make sure the doors are locked before leaving. Don't flush anything other than toilet paper down this once- this must be respected! We're sorry if you find any damages when visiting our property. Please report this immediately so we can ensure the right person is responsible for them! We ask that you please be considerate of the check-out time, as we must have enough leeway to get everything done before our next guest visit. Unauthorized late check-outs can result in additional fees! Cleaning: Please be respectful and keep it tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply for damaged, soiled, or stained items that need extra attention to make sure they're suitable when you check-out of our home. We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable for you. That's why we provide basic amenities on the property like 1 bath towel per guest. Your stay at this property will be exciting and memorable. You'll get the best sleep of your life. Make sure not to damage or stain any of our linens by using makeup/foundation; medications/face cream AND/OR tanning products (which can bleach some towels). Pretty please! We know that sometimes things happen, we provide these items for the comfortability of your stay, but if they are missing or damaged after cleanup please note you will be charged the following rates: Bath Towel- $10.00 each Sheets- $20.00 each Comforter- $40.00 each Pillow- $10.00 each Pillow Cover- $5.00 each Throw Blanket- $25.00 each We want you to have a great stay at our property. However, if anything happens and something valuable is lost or left behind during your visit - don't worry! We will work with all possible efforts in order to return what was taken by mistake within 2 days of contacting us following departure from the said item(s). We know you'll want to get your items as soon as possible, so we'll handle the coordination of shipping the found items. There will be a $25.00 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. If any item(s) is not claimed within 7 days it will be donated at the owner/manager's discretion. Please note that any violation of our House Rules will result in removal from the property. Acknowledgment and agreement with respect to these rules must be made by you upon booking. All guests agree to the House Rules at the time of booking.
