Toilet did not flush & sink water drained very slow

The room did not have any AC working and they promised a fan since we had a toddler with us, but they said they couldn’t get one since all of them were being used. We would only come into the room to sleep at night because it was hot during the day.

The bathroom sink was filthy and the whole stay it smelled like dirty socks

This property is in the middle of everything and super close to the border. The area at night may cause some concern because its very busy with traffic so talking a walk on your own may not be a good idea. However, some members of the parking staff are outside waiting for patrons that was a bit comforting. The room was very small but it serves the purpose. The breakfast is amazing and the service is right up there with 5 star properties. I am down in TJ quite often and have stayed in numerous properties and this place is now one of my favorites.

Don’t stay here!! They don’t have enough parking for guest. We checked in went to dinner and came back to no parking. They didn’t even try to even help with the problem. My husband is in a wheelchair and they could careless!! Went and asked for a refund and left to a different hotel.

It was our first time here and we loved this place especially their breakfast buffet! The rooms are small but with most amenities. The soap wasn't good but we always carry ours therefore we were good. I highly recommend this hotel to all!

We had very good room, was clean, quiet and the tv worked perfectly we had water in the room the only thing the bed wasn’t very comfortable

This is a new hotel, the rooms are small and comfortable but clean, the towels are clean and our room has good flooring, they have parking under the hotel.
the location is centric, crossing the street you have tacos, Franks are the best, pharmacy, where you can exchange your money, and next to it, they have an oxxo little store where you can buy anything.
this is for an express stay if you get into town late and just want to sleep and shower for the next day or if you're not going to be there allot of time.

tHE ROOM WAS VERY SMELLY, THE TV NOT WORKING, THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND SOMEONE WITH THE DEODORANT AND TO SET THE TV, WELL IT TOOK
A LONG TIME. AROUND 1 PM THE SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE WOKE ME UP AND WE COMPLAINED, THE ANSWER THEY DO NOT SUPPOSE TO DO IT. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and easy access. Would definitely recommend it, I’d stay there again.

Hotel was in good condition. The only issue was noisy plumbing when flushing toilet, but not a big deal. Location was the best part of it. 10 min walk to museum, 15 min walk to Revolucion street or $3 Uber ride. Restaurants all around, including Tacos El Franc right across the streetc and OXXO right next door, Mercado Hidalgo a block away. Check in Sport quick check out even quicker, like it should always be. They offer breakfast but I knew we wouldn’t wake up on time and there’s way too many food options.

quiet and convenient to downtown either uber or taxi. you can walk downtown for about 30 minutes. I pointed out out to the staff that i found what appear to be blood stains on a curtain and he immediately accomodated me to another room. The location was quiet and supersafe.
the only thing I didnt like is some of the hallways had a tobacco stain smell similar to the Casinos. Otherwise, the insided rooms were nice and comfortable. It has a very European interior.
