The location in proximity to Atlantis water park and restaurants. The over cleaniness of the property.
The carpet on the floor before you enter the rooms smelled a lil off. Also on the 4th floor inwhich we stayed im not sure if it was a filter or vent under the bathroom sink expelled a strong moldy and musty scent made it almost unbearable to bring teeth or wash your face.

The access to Atlantis was a great value.
Breakfast could be a little more diverse and the front line staff can be more welcoming. The long lines to check in, followed by the wait after check in hours is not customer centric.
