Condo was great! We always look for a beach themed condo for our vacation and this was perfect! Plenty of room for 8 people, beds were pretty comfy, and condo very clean. Plenty of seating on the balcony. Gave it 4 star due to lack of extra blankets and some of the cooking/baking pans need updated. Would book this condo again! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great trip while staying at this property! We love Beach Colony and will definitely be back! The unit was very clean and overall a great place to stay. However, it does need a bit of some tlc. There was a broken dining chair, torn cushions on balcony furniture, broken hinge on door…Overall a very clean and nice place to stay! But, needs just a few housekeeping tweaks.

The location was perfect. Steps from a beautiful and well kept beach. Loved the wash off areas on the board walk. Large and pretty maintained pool right on the property. Condo was super clean and well furnished. Even though it was on the 14th floor; we never had to wait long for elevators. Nothing was busy or crowded. during our early May visit. Would highly recommend!

I'd like to leave a bad review to ensure it's available next time we go but I can't. This place is a gem. We had 4 adults and 2 little kids and everyone enjoyed the space. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of fluffy towels and sheets. The condo is comfy and welcoming and pool and beach are easily accessible. We had some initial issues with access for the door and WiFi not being provided properly or in a timely manner but once that was resolved we had a wonderful stay and plan to return.

The property was in a great location if you like quite places. It was clean but needed some love. Closet doors are broken in 2 of the bedrooms we could not use them. Bedding could be a little better quality. Needs new patio cushions. Despite that minor stuff we had a good time.

Property was great, room was great! On our last day there a man comes in our room while we are sleeping around 8am and says he’s there to do maintenance. Why I understand people have work to do and schedules to maintain, why couldn’t this have waited till we left the next morning? Also, why weren’t we given a heads up? I’m glad I wasn’t walking around naked and some stranger just unlocked our door and helped himself in. The property manager called and stated there’s someone there right now to fix your master tub, at 8am in the morning and we’re on vacation! I advised her that everyone was still asleep, she put me on hold to ask could he come back. I just felt that was very unprofessional for someone to just show up unannounced.

Everything was very nice. There were a few housekeeping issues….once of the comforters was dirty and there was toothpaste in one of the bathrooom sinks and dropped down the front of the bathroom cabinet and there was sand on the floor. Nothing too crazy but just want to point them out. We had the best time and cannot wait to come back!

Reviewer Comments: construction and renovation has its challenges as you may well expect. we were warned of possible inconviences and there were. we were warned of the possibility and were not able to access the balcony, this was very disappointing for me. the noise and workers were within a tolerance level but not enjoyable. it was discussed with me before hand of a rate adjustment and now am waiting on that credit to my credit card but all in all we found the unit clean with some renovations ongoing in it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been frequent guests to this area but this is our first stay in this condo. It was perfect. The condo was clean and stocked with all you need for a great vacation. The view was spectacular. The pool was nice. The beach access was so close. The chair service on the beach was worth the splurge! We easily moved between the beach, the pool, and our balcony the entire week. One of the elevators did stop working for a day but after reporting it to the condo repair company and Perdido Key Resort Management it was fixed. I would recommend this condo highly and look forward to returning!

The condo was great! The only thing y’all need to change is the master bedroom bed. One side of it is caved in , which makes it hard to get comfortable. Also please change the toilets seats.

Great unit, but not set up for eight. Imagine getting there after reading there is a sofa-bed in the living room and there is not! My daughter and her husband had to squeeze onto a couch for the whole week. We complained and asked at least for some bedding, but were told they didn't provide that. We had to go buy bedding. Asked for a discount and were told they would get back to us. They didn't. Add to this maintenance workers on our deck several days grinding and making noise and then a filthy, filthy pool. But the weather was beautiful, beach was great, still managed to have a great week despite. Will not use this unit again nor stay at The Beach Colony.
