Classic Hawaiian architecture on a beautifully landscaped property. You have free on-site parking and easy access to our outdoor shower. Our Surf Snoopy themed accommodation has all the modern day comfort features such as air conditioner, hair dryer, iron and board, washer/dryer, full size refrigerator/freezer, kitchenette, Keurig coffee machine, induction cooktop, toaster, microwave, and all the essentials to cook and eat your meal. Super comfortable memory foam king size bed, indoor and outdoor dining area and if you need to bring your work, we have a desk with super fast WiFi and CAT 5 network cable. We are a permitted short term rental which means you can stay for a few nights or as many nights as you need. Super comfortable and extremely clean, modern with everything you need for a wonderful stay. You have free use of our beach cruiser bicycles, beach towels, beach tote, coolers. We worked hard to think of all the details so you have a super comfortable and wonderful stay. We are centrally located in the heart of Kailua. Kailua is best known for having the best beach in the world as well as a charming Kailua town. We are walking distance to Kailua Beach, Kailua Town, boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries. Kailua is a bike friendly town. Many major attractions on the island are 15-45 minute drive. Quiet time from 8 PM till 8 AM No events No parties. No pets. No smoking or vaping on the property or in the units. No open flames, candles or incense. No business activities. Wash off sand and salt water in the outdoor shower before entering the units. Shake off all sand from clothes and towels before using the washer and dryer. Flush ONLY toilet paper down the toilet. Absolutely NO sanitary items, wipes or towelettes down the toilet.

I absolutely recommend this hidden gem. Clean and tidy home with everything you need. Location is perfect within walking distance to the shops in town and the beautiful beaches. Amazing hosts and overall amazing experience! Mahalo!!!

I didn’t want to leave! Tobi’s place was spotless, a great location, super relaxing, and had more amenities than my apartment in SF. I am already looking on my calendar for return dates. He was a friendly and flexible host and made things so easy and relaxed for me - 5 stars

The hosts were excellent and made sure we had what we needed. It's a great location, with the beach around the corner (less than a mile), and great restaurants, shopping, etc the other way even closer. It was exactly what we needed.

It was convenient to shopping, food and beach. The amenities were great - bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more! Looking forward to staying again in the future. Would highly recommend.

Our hosts were great. We loved borrowing the lovely beach cruisers with removable baskets! We biked to both Kailua and Lanikai Beaches, the Pill Box hike and into town many times. A perfect Oahu laid back 3 day trip.

This was a great place for me to stay during my visit to Kailua. They have a few bikes in the shed for guests to use, which made it really easy to get around. I loved the location - 5-10 minutes bike ride to the beach or town in either direction.
Toby was always quick to respond to messages, and very helpful. I ran into them a couple times while outside, had a friendly chat.
I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great location, walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The hosts offer bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and bodyboards. The place is clean and comfy. It has all the appliances needed for a short stay in Kailua. Thank you!

Located right in Kailua, this property is convenient to everything the area has to offer. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and we appreciated using the beach chairs and umbrella one of our days. A great option for the Kailua area.

The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and fully functional. Minor things to know. The a/c unit is a bit loud but works great. There is not much shade on the lanai. The use of beach chairs, umbrella, bicycles was very nice. Over Easy just down the road is amazing for brunch

Our stay at this rental was absolutely wonderful. Owners Tobi and Yvonne were so generous, attentive and kind. The studio was immaculately clean and on a perfect location: walking distance to the best beach in Oahu, downtown shops and restaurants. We loved staying here and can’t wait to visit again soon!

Everything was better than expected. The accommodations were super duper clean, the amenities were fabulous (beach towels and beach cruisers made available) and location, location, location. Tobi was an awesome host and we look forward to coming back sometime in the near future. We highly recommend!

Super nice owners – they could not be more welcoming. The place was immaculate. The location was perfect. You could bike to the beach using their bicycles and within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental. We look forward to going back in the future.

I was working remotely in Oahu for a week while visiting my daughter who was living/working in Kailua for the summer, and this was the perfect little studio apartment for my stay. It was very clean, everything worked, the location was convenient to everywhere, and Tobi and Yvonne were perfect hosts and very responsive to my needs. I had a wonderful stay and would very happily return.

What more could you ask for?! This property was such a nice, clean, convenient place to relax at, with wonderful amenities. The ability to use the bikes, laundry, cooler, etc, and have “the city” in one direction and the beach in another was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer and definitely hope to be back. Tobi and Yvonne were the best hosts and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Traveling alone I felt very comfortable there. The hosts had everything ready when I arrived. They have thoughtful amenities such as bicycles. It's an easy walk to Kailua town and the beach. The room does get hot in the afternoon and there is street noise during the day but a window air conditioner cools things off and blocks outside traffic noise. At night the ceiling fan was enough since it was cooler outside and the traffic was less. I enjoyed my stay and loved the convenient location.

Tobi and Yvonne were awesome hosts. Very helpful and friendly. Loved their 2 dogs Layla and I don't remember the other one. We highly recommend staying there. The beach and downtown areas were and easy 1/2 mile walk. We will be back!

It was great staying with Tobi and Yvonne - great people, great hosts. The room was comfortable (bed was great which is important to me) and it's in a central location. Main part of town is a short walk away and the beach is a little farther the other way. The available beach towels, beach chairs and bikes make it all easy. A definite repeat for me in the future.

Accommodations have all that you will need for a pleasant stay. The only drawback is it on a busy road so you hear a lot of cars whizzing by—particularly on the weekend. The room is connected to another room which was occupied. Our neighbors were mindful and the noise from their side was hardly noticeable. Owners are friendly and helpful. I would stay with them again.

Studio was just as described. Toby was easy to communicate with and the location was great, walking distance to everything.
Beach chairs, umbrella and bikes were available to use which came in very handy! If you are sensitive to road noise, this might be a little challenging. Especially early in the morning and at night. The only other thing that would be great is if there were beach towels available. We had beach wraps so it wasn’t a problem for us. All in all a great stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in the Snoopy Suite. Our hosts were delightful and we found the accommodations to be comfortable and clean as well as close to the beach and shopping areas. They also had nice cruiser bikes and beach chairs available for us to use as well. We highly recommend this host and property and look forward to staying again in the future.
