All good, if you are looking for homestay within thin budget

Owner supported with all need info, Kitchen equipped with induction and few utensils. We were craving for home food and was possible due to these facilities

Mixed feelings

The property was okay, located at about 6 Kms from our main point of visit, namely, the Padmanabhaswamy Temple.

The access road to the property is narrow, congested and difficult to travel on, especially via 3 wheeled vehicles like tuk tuks (auto rikshas).

Average homestay

It was clean and spacious, water filter is available. Care taker was generous, birds in property was good. Good for bachelor's.

Location is interior, small road which is very damaged, only 1 room had gyser so had to take hot water from one to other room, as we were 2 families with kids. Kitchen facilities is very less we were 4 adults and 3 kids, we had only 2 plates and 2 small snack plates, so if u r looking for full fledged kitchen then avoid it, for bachelor's this is fine, budget stay, but for family it can avoided if possible. No washing machine. No back up for current load shedding.

Best economical family' stay in trivandrum

Super clean bedroom and toilets.... AC rooms ,kitchen ,hall very spacious apartment.rate also economical.safe to stay with family...no doubt....thank you j2 home stay....we will see you soon.....

Room was big. Mattresses were comfortable.

Bed linens were worn out and dirty.Towels were dirty.Amenities were scanty.

Overall a good stay

The house was very decent with 2 spacious bed rooms with Cots good enough for a big family.

The place was a little inside and someone will get lost easily unless we take auto or taxi.

Peaceful, quiet, clean and spacious

That the agents were not aware of some legal forms they had to fill and even after a service charge was taken demanding extra pay for the form filling when we made them aware that the form need to be filled. And also that if they had not filled the form they would have been charged a fine and sentenced 6 month jail.

WoW what a pleasant stay, really we enjoyed our two days in J2 homes fentastic homely stay, very nice and calm stay and the staff there was very kind he help us. For the price worth place to stay with big family.

Big and spacious apartment at a nice location

The apartment was big and spacious with a nice balcony to enjoy the rainy days. There is nothing to complain about the facilities, staff was courteous and helpful, kitchen had necessary utensils, bedrooms were good size with nice mattresses. Most importantly, the owner was easily accessible for all queries and help.

We missed a net in the bathroom window so after 9pm in the evening it was full of flies. There were quite a few ants under the bed and staff was made aware of them but they forgot to address it in the evening. Both of them are easy fixes so I am sure the owner will address them soon.

the best though it was very short

first thing that comes to my mind is how can people be so good and caring. the staff was very exceptional especially thanks to Mr. Mahesh. he helped us in finding out our friend’s lost mobile in the middle of the night. so selfless. and the Homestay was the best so far. it actually gave a feeling of home in the lap of nature. so much greenery around. very close to beach and airport and city is just 15-20 min away (Anantha Padmanabha Swamy temple)

only thing is that Google maps doesn’t show exact location of the property. please do something about it. otherwise it gives best value for money and service is very exceptional
