Great location, quiet neighborhood, super clean, just what we needed.

I would have rated this a 3.5 if it gave me the option. 3 is a little low but a 4 is too high. Cleanliness- It’s clean but not CLEAN. The vents corners bathroom walls etc could all use a thorough clean. Fridge and garbage can hadn’t been wiped down on the outside. The ceiling above the loft bed was grimy. My son didn’t notice but it needs a good washing. The place itself was as described. Very vanilla decor or lack of it. No pictures on the walls. There were planters with dead plants hanging on the wall. We were just there to sleep so it didn’t really matter to us. No couch. Parking was fine. One night we didn’t have a spot on the street and had to park around the corner. Neigbourhood seemed very safe to walk back to the place. Noise. Be aware that you are on the main floor of an old building with a suite above you. The people above starting moving around at midnight. The first and third night wasn’t a problem as they were probably getting ready for bed and it didn’t last long. The second night they played loud music right above the bedroom and the base kept us up past 3am. Tried getting a hold of the VRBO owner but with it being so late he did not answer. Called VRBO and they said they had 5 contact numbers but no one answered. I was hoping he had the residents number or could direct me to their door so I could ask them to turn down the base. I’d be concerned if there was an issue late at night while staying there as they may not respond.

Cute neighborhood, basic amenities. Wish there had been a loveseat/couch. Good place to sleep, shower and get ready to go back out.

This is a very cute and cozy place. The pictures were exactly as described and the instructions to enter were easy to understand. The beds were nice and firm. Full kitchen to get groceries if necessary, we only really had time in our schedule to sleep and shower, so didn’t utilize the kitchen like we could’ve. The ONLY downside to this place was it seemed it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There was hair everywhere. The bed had a lot of hair on it (long blonde) so we removed the top cover and pillows and went to Walmart and purchased sleeping bags to sleep on the sheets in the bed. Also the shower liner and curtain needed cleaned or replaced. If this place had a good deep cleaning it would’ve been perfect. It wasn’t horrible. Also there were a lot of bugs, but I think that was just from the location, we did wake up with bites (NOT bed bugs). The owner was very communicative before the stay, so I’m sure if I would have reached out, everything would’ve been handled, but our days there was so busy we only had time to shower and sleep in the vrbo, so wasn’t a deal breaker. It was still a cute place, and the location was great if you were needing to be near UC like us. Plenty of street parking and lots of friendly people with friendly dogs. Safe area to walk. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to book in the Cincinnati area.

Easy access and no hassle.

I love the neighborhood, just up the street from Eden Park, and it was very close to Xavier University, which was the purpose of my visit. The place is spacious and nicely finished. The property manager was extremely responsive and kind. I will likely stay here again when I visit next!

The place was easy to get around in. I have no complaints. We made dinner, had nice hot clean shower, comfortable bed and quite neighborhood to sleep at night.
