Relax at this freshly renovated and newly decorated home away from home. Snuggled into a quiet area with a park like setting, you are minutes away from the Village, downtown Boise, the airport, and the river. This three bedroom, two bath home features a family room to lounge in as well as a beautiful kitchen with new appliances. Plenty of room for you and your guests. The home sits on an acre with peaceful views of the garden and pasture. There is a covered outdoor patio with a bbq and seating to relax and enjoy the sunset. This is a working hobby farm with a community garden, which is towards the back of the acre. No one will be in/around the house or the front/back yard. :)

We had a surprise spaghetti dinner for my mom's 90th birthday. Plenty of room for our family. The backyard is beautiful. So close to everything but you feel like you are in the country. Christie was so sweet and afford us fresh tomatoes from the garden and they were delicious.

This VRBO was very comfortable and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay to move our children to BSU. It was about 15-20 min from campus but a great distance to shops and restaurants away from campus. Thank you for the fresh fruit and veggies from your garden and overall hospitality!!

This property was perfect for our stay. Extremely clean and well maintained. There were so many little thoughtful touches including bathroom toiletries and kitchen staples. The backyard is lovely and well kept- the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. The home is well organized and there was a notebook that clearly listed necessary information, check out procedures and local activities. It was situated close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The property owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The owners take great pride in this property and it shows. Virtually every part of the home has been updated and in a very tasteful manner. The street in front is quiet and the neighborhood is safe. There is a very large garden in the rear of the lot and there are people coming/going attending to it. They do stay clear of the house and are respectful of the renters. We were there a few days before July 4 so there were a lot of fireworks being shot off up and down the block late in to the night which did create some issues with sleeping but the houses around us were quiet. Would stay there again.

Peaceful, rural setting, close to everything. House was very clean and updated. Yard was beautiful and peaceful. Loved our stay! We'd certainly come again.

This was the perfect location for me and my mom while in Boise visiting relatives! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the backyard garden during our down time and found the resident ducks to be hilarious to watch. The home was very clean upon arrival and we had no problems with the the home or the check-in procedure. Christie was right nearby if there were any issues but we had none. We did get to meet Christie, though, and she was a friendly and lovely host. We will choose this place again in the future!
