Situated on the bay, this retreat is a short walk from the beach, the recreation center, and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. The spacious bedroom accommodates a king-size bed. Pull out sofa in living room is queen-size. The living room features hurricane-rated sliding doors that open to the deck and Clearwater Bay. Dining area seats four. Full galley style kitchen includes appliances and cutlery. Grill your fresh seafood outside. Jolley Trolley nearby. The Space: -Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am -Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker with coffee and filters, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop. -Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building. White numbers painted on the asphalt match the unit numbers. -Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. Laundry service nearby for a fee. -Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rentals company delivers. Guest Access: Haven access is Self Check In. This property will not disappoint. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The pictures and description are accurate and we appreciated how clean it was. We had a couple questions and received a quick response. Would definitely choose to stay again if we return to the area.

We loved how the condo/apartment was off the main drag and having our own little dock with chairs was wonderful! I spent a good amount of our time out there reading my book and enjoying the water and boats without all the noise! Will definitely stay here again!

We were coming into town for the Rock n Roll Clearwater Half Marathon. I booked this unit last minute as we didnt really want to stay in an overpriced hotel but I wanted to be near the beach. It is one of 7 units. This was our first time to Clearwater and this place was perfect! It looked better than the online pictures, super cute beachy decor, clean and the view of the bay was amazing! I would sit out and drink coffee in the mornings before we'd head out for the day. I saw a massive alligator one morning swim by which was cool (I live 2 hours south of Clearwater and it never gets old seeing gators)! We didnt arrive until really late at night and check in was easy. Lots of lights so the area felt safe at night and also when I ran during the day. Restaurants and bars are fairly close. Most people would probably walk, we chose to drive which we regetted due to the crazy parking prices! Its within walking distance to the beach too which are absolutely amazing! The soft white sand literally feels like powder on your feet! The property manager was also very easy to communicate with and we very much appreciated her! We will definitely book here again if we return to Clearwater.

Cool, spotlessly clean apartment. Everything you needed was provided. The check in was faultless and Kimberley was so kind and friendly. There is lots of light and the views from the dock were amazing. It is minutes from the beach (chairs and a cooler, and soft beach towels in the closet!), and lots of local restaurants. I would say that it is lovelier than the pictures. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay, many thanks to all.

My daughter and I came for a football weekend. LOVED the property!! The location was great! It was super-clean! It met our expectations, and beyond! We didn’t want to leave!! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The pictures dont even give it justice! The place is clean and directly on the water. There are shops, bars and the beach in walking distance. We hope to be back again!

This property is very nice and close to the beach and very close to different food spots. My husband and I spend most of our time on the dock in the back the view was amazing. When we visit Clearwater again we will be booking this property again.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4! Clean, cozy, and great views. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the sky change colors, and boats go by. Close enough to everything without being right in the heart of it all. Kimberly was such a great, and accommodating host. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is called Haven and the view is Heavenly. Waking up in the morning and drinking tea on the deck with the water just 10 feet away is amazing. I went on a Mother/Daughter trip with my teenager and were so pleased. Loads of drawer and closet space, kitchen was stocked, beach items and towels were provided as well as plenty of shower towels etc. You can open doors and windows to enjoy the bay breeze but also all the air conditioners and fans in the house all work great to fight humidity. The location could not have been better. Just an 8 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach it just made everything so easy to not drive everywhere. The owner Kimberly is just as amazing as the apartment. She was extremely helpful, quick to answer all my questions and quick to answer the phone when I had a "user error" problem. I'm very picky with beds and pillows because I have a bad back so was pleasantly surprised the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. Pictures look just like the actual rental. I really can't say enough good things about the place. It made our overall trip even more special. Thank you Kimberly!!!!
