Central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the everyday home essentials. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. House had a good amount of bedrooms and more beds than we needed so felt like we could sprawl out comfortably. Living room was comfortable and we also loved the fire pit in the backyard and the ring game. Towels seemed clean and very white.
Now the house felt a little stuffy and smelled of possible mold. We all woke up with sore throats after sleeping there the first night so the second night we turned on the ACs but they sounded like they hadn’t been used in forever and had mold on the outside.
Beds weren’t very comfortable, there were stains on some of comforters and sheets, and the pillows seemed old and overused. Dust bunnies were under the bed which isn’t the worst thing but still felt everywhere should be cleaned for renters.
Now the worst part about our stay was opening up the kitchen drawers and finding mice feces in them! This was unacceptable as mice feces carry disease and worried us to use any utensils or dishes in the kitchen which impacted our stay.

2nd Bathroom lock doesn’t work, sink in master bathroom was clogged , no batteries in tv remote.

This property was perfect for our group of 6.
Plenty of room for everyone. The location is minutes from all the shops and restaurants, but at the same time, a world away. So peaceful! We definitely plan to rent it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Meadow. 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs. House was great, clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped for any needs. Perfect location, felt secluded but within minutes we were in downtown North Conway. We also enjoyed the new rail trail being put in and hiking paths within walking distance of the house. Didn’t really impact our stay but the grass could use a trim and we had the same experience that the previous review had with the game room. Contacted Vacasa and we were told it was not an amenity even though it was still listed at the time of booking, but there are some great puzzles, books and board games in the living room! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean upon arrival and beds were comfortable. The property is cute, cozy, and in a great location to access the amenities that North Conway has to offer but far enough that it was quiet and peaceful. It did snow while we were there and while we were out for the day someone did come clear the driveway and front steps, which was nice! There is a great trailhead a very short walk from the property which we took advantage off. The property management company did respond quickly via text with the couple questions that we had but did not respond by email. My only gripe/complaint about the property was that the listing included access to a detached game room that my kids were looking forward to using. It was locked upon arrival and when I asked the property management company about it, they said we didn't have access to it as it was not listed as an amenity when it was mentioned twice in the listing. They did apologize for the confusion, I'm not sure if it's a seasonal amenity as maybe there is no heat. I did suggest they amend the property description to eliminate any disappointment to future guests. Overall, I would recommend the home for its cleanliness and location.
