Super comfortable and well-designed laid out home that can sleep up to 6 guests with the option to sleep 9. There is an extra twin sofa bed in Master Bedroom and the sofa in the living room also pulls out to a queen size bed that can sleep two. All brand-new memory foam beds with new crisp clean linens. You will sleep very well! Big brand-new soaking tub off master bedroom with separate shower and two separate sink areas with lots of counter space-wonderful layout that really adds to the comfortability this home offers. All bathrooms and kitchen are updated, as this is a newer built home. So, all stainless appliances with tasteful granite and marble countertops in kitchen and baths. New Coastal gray flooring adds to this charming, fun and sweet home! Super large laundry room with large capacity new Kenmore washer and dryer and plenty of counter space-great feature for longer stays! Lots of ceiling pocket lights and modern fixtures throughout this great looking home. Double doors surround the open space great room to open up and enjoy the beautiful weather and fresh air along with a separate screened in porch area off the kitchen. Wrap around porch allows everyone to have plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee and or evening cocktails! This great house is elevated so you do have to climb a few stairs, but not many as it is only about 8 feet off the ground. There is plenty of parking and even parking for a boat! The slip isn't far from this location. Also, ideal for Cruisin the Coast if you need to pull an antique car under the slightly elevated home. Tons of space on concrete ground level for cookouts and boils. Picnic tables and seating are plenty for adults and kids as well as a large bench swing and extra fun amenities for the kids- with a tree fort and slide and another swing for the little ones! Fun times to be remembered! This home is really great for large families and friends. We hope you can come and relax in this super clean, coastal home with every amenity you need. *TVs are smart TVs for streaming through Wi-Fi, this house does not have cable. Quiet residential neighborhood with lots of bird watching opportunity. Truly enjoyed the screened porch and the outside space. Stairs were a negative for getting peraonal items into the living quarters. House was well equipped and comfortable
No beach access, all private property. Safe walking area. We enjoyed our stay but prefer the convenient access to beach, shopping and restuarants on the south side of the Bay.

Convient location to the downtown and beach. Very private and quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting underneath the house and swinging. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. One of our favorite VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely be back! My husband loved that they provided bikes too.

We made a quick holiday trip to visit family in BSL. Kerry’s home was a perfect fit for our needs. I was able to put together two casseroles in the kitchen; and thankfully, the rain didn’t cause any problems because we could pull our vehicle under to park and walk up the covered stairs to get in and out.

We can't say enough great things about this rental full of southern charm! Our family celebrated Thanksgiving in this peaceful place. We had everything we needed, including my favorite Southern Pecan flavored coffee. We enjoyed nice walks to the water, and realized the previous downtown was just a few minutes away. We'd definitely be up for a repeat stay. Highly recommend!

This was a great property rental for me, my 3 granddaughters, their parents, and my sister and husband. Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants, we were never more than 15 minutes away from where we wanted to go.

We came to Bay St. Louis with our oldest son and fiancé to check out the local area. This was our first trip to Mississippi! The house itself is spacious and clean. Beautiful decor. Plenty of chairs for all. We loved sitting on the deck and screened patio area at night. We had two dogs with us and they enjoyed themselves too! The gate on the deck kept them upstairs and in view so we didn't have to fuss with them running about.
The location is right off of N. Beach Blvd. Old Town is across 90 and so convenient. Shopping, restaurants, and bars right down the street! We spent time at the beach and decided we loved the area so much we invested in some property while there, not far from this rental.
Kerry was the best! We loved the home - it felt like we were home. Everything we needed was there and we will definitely be back in the local area in the next year.

This trip was great from the start. Communication and check-in was easy. The property manager was informative and so helpful. She even provided some beach towels for our stay. The house was well stocked and clean. Location was quiet but convenient to activities. Everyone in the family was very pleased. We left our beach toys there in case some other children stay so they can be used again. All in all, it made for a wonderful trip. Thanks!

Great location near family. If you are cooking, the kitchen could use more dishes, glassware and serving utensils but Kerry was immediately responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Many Thanks!

This is an excellent spot that that's close to everything BSL. We sailed, went to beach, and did everthing Old Town Bay St. Louis has to offer. The place is roomy with great porch spaces and has all of the amenities that your family and friends would need.

The property was very clean with thoughtful details- like towel hooks in the bathrooms. The house had everything we needed, was in a great area and close to downtown Bay St. Louis. The a/c worked great and the kids loved the tree swing. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I loved the property. It was very clean and the beds were fantastic. It was a quiet, relaxing location and the house had everything we needed. My kids loved the slide and swing. The owner was very quick to respond when I messaged her. We’ll probably book this house again for future trips!

Those looking for a quiet place to stay in a safe neighborhood will love this home. While it could use a few more pots and other basic kitchen necessities (whisk, liquid measuring cup, etc.,), we couldn't ask for a nicer home in a better location. We would definitely stay here again.

House was very clean. Love the quiet neighborhood and location. Not far from restaurants, casino & yacht club. It would be a nice house to stay in for a family with kids. They have swings, slides and games inside to occupy some time. The bed was so awesome, I was looking online for a new bed on the way home from our trip. I will try to stay in this same house again for another trip.

We were in Bay St Louis for a sailing event. The house we located very close to the yacht club which was great. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed very safe. The house couldn't have been better - very comfortable and well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay!

Kerry was prompt to respond and helpful with all questions, we stayed for a couple nights to come watch the parade. House was clean and neat and located a short distance from downtown. Plenty of room underneath and for parking. We barbecued on the patio and had a great time.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. My family came in to Bay St Louis for the weekend, the house is in a great location as well, only a few minutes from downtowns bars and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

This home is great, and has anything you may need for an enjoyable vacation. Kerry is very kind, and super attentive to anything we needed throughout our stay. Only thing I wish was different, would be more seating with a larger table. Had the weather been better, not as cold, we could’ve enjoyed downstairs more. Our 3 children really loved the large tub, and play area outside. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips to visit my husbands family.
