Pro- This house is beautiful and I will definitely stay here again when we come into town. It was very clean and the living room has a nice open floorplan and a huge kitchen. It was also a great location and pretty much a half hour to anywhere we wanted to go. The backyard was also great because it is a large fenced in area where kids can play!
Con-there is a train track nearby, and the train comes at approximately 1 AM and 3 AM every morning! It is incredibly loud and woke us up every night.

We ended up not being able to stay due to an issue with the heat, but David was super responsive, helpful, called mechanics right away and did everything to make it right.

House was clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay. One thing I want to let people know it is a little cold so bring an extra blanket.

We came into town for a soccer tournament nearby. This home met all our needs

Our group of 3 adults, 3 kids and 1 dog very much enjoyed staying here for 4 nights including Thanksgiving. The location is so convenient to everything. We didn’t try to cook the holiday meal here, but you could if inclined (I would suggest a bit more silverware and dishes in that case). The kitchen and bath renovations of this older home are much nicer than expected for a rental. We had plenty of bath towels. And the owner David was very very responsive. We didn’t get to enjoy the back yard much, but appreciated its use for the dog. Agree with another reviewer about the TV size and hung too high but we didn’t do a ton of TV watching. The openness of the home and condition of it was very nice and we will definitely look to stay here again when visiting our family in Cincy.

Davids house is remarkable. Everything is brand new and tastefully decorated. Every room is very spacious including bedtooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The fenced in back yard with outside lights is perfect for any family gathering. Looking forward to booking this home again. David was very quick to respind with reservation request and stayed in contact with us during our stay. This was the Best VRBO we have rented!.

House is just as described. The only bummer was the oven was not working properly . We let the owner know and he was quick to respond. We would definitely stay again 😊

This home was beautiful and clean with a lovely backyard. Everything was as described and communication was great. The area is definitely up and coming but nice central location.

We never got an email with checkin in process or wifi password. There was limited supplies in kitchen for a family of 5. Had to was the dishes after every meal. Other places we’ve stayed had basic kitchen essentials like: creamers, coffee, room spray, and bathroom basics, hair dryer, and also was missing iron with board, (basic things in a hotel) proper number of seats outside for people to sit. Very very basic at this one. Bring everything you need. Also, the smoke alarm chirped the last three nights from the battery dying. Couldn’t find it to change it. Rule of thumb should be replace battery when clocks change in spring and fall. Overall, a clean and lovely house.

The overall weekend stay was great! The house was clean and David was an amazing communicator! It was easy and was in a great spot relative to downtown!

The house was great. My three adult grandkids and grandma, and 2 Boston Terriers enjoyed our stay. Everyone commented on how nice the rental was. There are lots of stairs, but with railings. We sat outside on the back patio every night. Nice atmosphere, with lights on the privacy fence.

My family (5 adults) and I stayed at David's Cincinnati rental when we were in town for a wedding. The home is just as listed -- very clean -- and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed staying here. David is quick to reply to any questions, and is happy to accommodate needs when given time to arrange particulars. We would stay here again.

The home is beautiful and very close to stores. I love the yard and the kitchen it's very spacious. Only thing is if you have family you may need to take your own washcloths. I had a little problem with getting the rental due to miscommunication with the owner he told me one thing and did another

I cannot say enough about this wonderful house. Not only was it the perfect size for our group of four adults and three children, with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and an open family room and dining room, it was very centrally located to all of our favorite spots in Cincinnati. The house is well maintained and brightly colored, and the family photos and mementos help you to feel safe and warmly welcomed. Our only disappointment was not getting to take advantage of the cute backyard with garden lighting along the fence--due to the hot and rainy weather. I would highly recommend this house, and plan on staying there again when we're all back in town!

My family was in Cincinnati for 2 weeks and stayed at this house. We had everything we needed to enjoy or our stay, a grill, fenced in back yard, high chair, pack and play, and a big living room. The house accommodated 4 adults and 3 kids well. We were able to travel to Kings Island, Zoo, Reds game, and multiple shopping centers all within 20 minutes or less. We recommend staying here.

A beautiful home with all the right amenities! You won't find a better place than this gorgeous house! There is off-street parking for multiple cars. The living and dining areas are large and open with beautiful windows. The kitchen is stunning with modern appliances. The pots and pans are nice - not beat up. There is a bathroom on the first floor which is very nice and convenient. There are two bathrooms upstairs including one in the primary suite. The bathrooms are large and spacious. The three bedrooms upstairs are very roomy. This is an awesome place for groups. The fenced backyard is great. There are string lights on the fence which light up the yard and make for a perfect evening setting. The house is well-maintained and the owner is responsive to all inquiries! It is located close to Oakley Station so getting groceries was easy. It is also close to many fun activities Cincy has to offer. We definitely would stay here again!!

Family came from Cleveland to Cincinnati for the holiday weekend to celebrate granddaughters birthday. The owner also allowed us to host a surprise baby sprinkle at the house for my daughter which worked out perfectly!! The layout of the house being open and spacious with a gorgeous updated kitchen worked perfectly! Everyone had nothing but positive things to say about the house and backyard.

Checkin was a breeze and David was always available to answer questions. The home was totally updated, clean and had a security system. It worked well for our wedding weekend stay and for the bridal party to get ready before the ceremony. Thanks!

We stayed for a long weekend for our son’s graduation. Spacious home, clean, updated, comfy- driveway parking, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Perfect back yard for dog to play. Exactly what we were looking for for our stay. About 15 minutes from University of Cincinnati.

I’ve stayed in several VRBO type homes in the past and many of them are the same. For me, the thing that ALWAYS matters the most is the communication with the host/property manager. The experience at this house was a perfect 5/5, which is why I’d score it so high.
My family and a couple friends stayed here during the Flying Pig marathon. The house is located a very short walk from a stretch of the full marathon that loops around so my children were able to see me twice at nearly the same location.
The house is very neat. It is also located close to a new food hall with several great options. The only real downside I would suggest is that there is only one TV which was very small for the space and I would prefer to have had some seating options in the backyard. We visited during some beautiful days and would have preferred to eat some meals outside or sit around a fire pit at night, etc. Overall, we had a great time and I’d recommend this place!

Enjoyed staying at this renovated property. Our group of six had plenty of space to hangout and we enjoyed preparing meals in the beautiful kitchen. The host was responsive and helpful with our questions. The house was nicely located and the driveway made it easy to park several cars. Would happily stay again.

We were exceedingly pleased with the accommodations. The house is clean and tastefully decorated. Although the house is over one hundred years old, the kitchen and the bathrooms are gorgeous and very modern. It's the perfect blend of old and new with all the character and history of an older home and all the convenience of a modern one.
The house sits on a corner lot with a fenced-in backyard. The lights on the privacy fence create a wonderful ambience that makes the backyard a lovely place to relax and enjoy the night.
I would highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again in the future.
