Nestled on the dreamy west end of the island, you'll have the best of both worlds where you can enjoy private north shoreline beach access, plus a private lagoon in your own backyard. Enjoy endless outdoor living with multiple decks where you can relax in the shade, soak up the rays, or gaze at incredible sunset vistas. The covered deck runs the entire width of the home and the lower sun deck includes stair access down to the private lagoon and bay-front beach area. A swinging bench, a picnic table, and a gas grill add even more ways to play. A private outdoor shower offers a convenient spot to rinse off sand and saltwater. The impressive interior showcases gorgeous gulf views, along with an attractive layout. Windows and sliding doors in the living area showcase the wide expanse of the beach and water. Relax in comfort, with features including a push-button recliner and large TV. You’ll love the beautiful granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances in the full kitchen, and there's plenty of seating at the large dining table, with additional room available at the two adjacent kitchen bars. A beautiful, custom-designed staircase accesses the second-floor bedroom areas. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. If you are seeking distance from the hustle of town and want great beach access, this is the spot! Great views from all directions! Accommodations for a large group or just for a few traveling with their dogs. The gates on the decks allowed the pets time in the sun too! Will definitely keep this bookmarked for future visits!

Light over the cook stove was dirty, vent hood was dirty. No extra toilet paper or trash bags. Had to make extra trip to store for supplies. Other than that was great

The house was big enough to suit or needs. The water and beach in the backyard was a real plus along with the outside shower to help with not getting sand all in the house.

This was our 1st whole family vaction since 2 of our 4 kids have got married and have had babies of their own, We loved everything about this place. It was the right space for our growing family all 11 of us. Look forward to hopefully coming back.

We've stayed at many beach rentals and this has been my favorite! Prefect location with an amazing view of the water from either the front or back porch! Very clean and smelled fantastic with plenty of kitchen items. This one will not disappoint!

I almost didn’t rent this home because there were no reviews on VRBO, but I’m glad I did. The house ended up being perfect for our group of 9. It has a great location, was clean and the backyard on the bay was great on days that the Gulf side was in red flags. The bay side was calm and quiet and to be able to walk down just a bit and play in the water was so much better than going to a public beach. In the evenings walking along the bay and looking at crabs was so fun. We rented jet skis and were able to use those in the bay close to the house so we could watch everyone. I would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it for a group around our size. This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and it was great!
