We had a great weekend! The property was amazing and accommodations were great! The neighborhood is a little older but quiet and had a great trip overall. Was a 10 minutes drive from Magnolia and close to lots of food options.

This property was super cute and comfortable for our family while our son visited Baylor! Highly recommend. Owner was easy to communicate with!

This home is beautifully updated with a great layout for me and my husband and mom visiting our son living in Waco. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to all of Waco. I will definitely stay here again.

The house is absolutely delightful! It was very comfortable, clean and adorable! We had 5 ladies with ages ranging from 45-78, and we were all very impressed! The only thing we would have changed is the size of the couch for our relaxing movie nights. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges, but we never felt unsafe...and the beauty of the house outweighed it for sure! Great location to get to all of the sights we wanted to see. Simone was also extremely helpful and answered any questions we had within minutes. Overall, a wonderful, little vacation.

I traveled with my parents and met my brother in Waco for a little family getaway. This house was perfect for our stay! Nice, quiet neighborhood and easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The interior is spotless and decorated beautifully. Would for sure stay here again.

Simone was very responsive to any questions I had. She even sent us a list of fun places to visit while we were there. I had a little trouble with the lock the last day (user error) and she called me immediately and walked me through a solution to get it locked. She was so patient with me! The house is adorably decorated and absolutely immaculate! There was no detail overlooked! We had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed. There were trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, coffee, cleaners, toilet paper, soaps and shampoos! Great attention to detail in this house! Great instructions for everything down to the sofa bed. The house feels very spacious. and looks like it came straight out of a Fixer Upper episode! So cute! Thanks Simone!!

The property is in an established neighborhood with easy access to anywhere we needed to be. We were in town for a work trip. The home looks newly remodeled and has all the nice touches. Photos do not do this home justice. The kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans, and cooking utensils including an amazing knife set. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were awesome. I took advantage of the Bluetooth speakers that are in the showers and connected my music to enjoy a nice hot shower after a long work day. There is a nice patio off of the master bedroom with chairs to enjoy the evening. . Having to work late in the evenings, it was nice to have our laundry going while working from the kitchen table. The best part of our stay was that a little bunny would hop over each day to visit. The host was super helpful and accommodating. The check-in and check-out process was super simple and for any question I had, the host was very quick to reply. I will definitely book this home again for future work trips, or for a fun relaxing getaway.
