"Sea Palms" is a spectacular luxury home with 6 large bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, located just across the street from the beach! Boasting a private pool, this is the highlight and the center of all of the activity. The pool is a warm oasis, surrounded by tropical palms, and features an outdoor kitchen with a large oversized grill. Overlooking the pool is a large screened porch, with plenty of outdoor seating and dining space. The screen porch is a favorite gathering place where you can sit in the shade, sip your tea, catch up on good conversation, and take in all the laughter from the pool. Additional outdoor spaces include the third-floor porch and roof top deck where you can catch the morning sun, rising over the ocean. Inside, this home at 4000+ sq ft, boasts an open floor plan, where the kitchen overlooks a large oversized dining table (seats 10) and a spacious living room with massive windows with views of the pool from every angle. The kitchen offers additional seating at the breakfast bar as well as a large pantry with an extra refrigerator offering overflow for large families. You will love that there is a separate media room, on the main floor, with a sleeper sofa (full) offering an additional gathering space for children or adults. On the third floor there are 2 master suites each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms; one with a large private sitting room. Over all, "Sea Palms" is such a beautiful and spacious home, it is the perfect place for you to make your memories! This property features hotel style bedding with double pillows. --LAYOUT-- First Floor: 2 Car Garage Second Floor: Kitchen Living Room Dining Room Entertainment Room W/ Sleeper Sofa Full Bath with Tub/Shower combo Bedroom 1: One queen and one full bed with TV, and private bathroom Third Floor: Bedroom 2: Primary Suite with King bed TV and private bathroom with Whirlpool bath Bedroom 3: King with TV and private sitting area and private bathroom (Second Master) Bedroom 4: Queen and double bed TV with private bath Bedroom 5: King bed TV with private share adjacent bathroom with bedroom 6 Bedroom 6: Double and Twin TV and share adjacent bathroom with bedroom 5 Covered porch with spiral staircase leading to the roof top. 4th level: Rooftop deck (adult use only) is perfect for enjoying sunsets. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use. Pool heating available for $600 fee at time of booking. Need 14 days advance notice to heat the pool. When temps are below 50 degrees the pool may only get to 60 degrees. If it has been cold it will take time to heat back up. Pool Fee is per week cannot be prorated. Pool has a spa built in the pool - it just recirculates the water, so it will be the same temperature as the pool. Spa mode just activates the jets. No pets, No smoking. Cap: 16 Vehicle Capacity: 6 RS24 - 8598 *This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 6/1/24 to 8/16/24; 3 night minimum in offseason.****

The house was the perfect size for my party of 12. The location and access was perfect. All the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was undergoing routine maintenance at the time of our visit. However, the pool was mostly cloudy the entire time we were there and we barely used the pool. The only downsides I would recommend giving more attention to is the housekeeping. The main living room and kitchen floors were not very clean and need a deep cleaning. The ice maker was nice; however, guests noticed their was mold forming near the filter and it was obvious it needed a cleaning. One guest stated there was dried ice cream left on the ice cream scooper and a few other utensils that had to be cleaned before use. The overall bathrooms were spacious; however, the water flow in some of the sinks was not great. Specifically in the front master bedroom on the left sink. The bath areas could use some updating and more life to fit the rest of the house's décor style. Overall, I would definitely stay in this house. The parking area was spacious for all vehicles and we loved the house was located close to beach access, Harris Teeter and other local convenience stores.

We loved the house and had an wonderful time.
It’s worth noting that the property does not provide pool towels, which was odd, and we also ran out of garbage bags which made checkout more challenging. They provided 3 total, and we could have used a few more to help with cleanup.
Beautiful property though, great location, and sleeps 12 adults very comfortably. Thank you!

Eleven members of extended family stayed for a week. The house is large with a nice sized pool. The house was clean with the beds made and towels provided. The house shows a some wear as one would expect but the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The lounge chairs around the pool could be better if cushioned but not a big deal. Island Realty provided a list of vendors that allowed us to rent golf carts, crib, toys, groceries, etc all of which were at the house when we arrived. We had beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us every day at the beach. The house is a block off the beach so if you are looking for ocean views this is not the right property. It is an easy walk to the beach and if you don’t feel like walking, you can park the golf cart next to the beach path. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. There is a great outdoor grill kitchen next to the pool with fridge and sink. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff at Island Realty were very helpful and friendly. We also hired a chef, Melinda Clark, recommended by a staff member, who made us a delicious special meal for my husband’s birthday.

Our family beach trip was highlighted by fireworks on the fourth. Beautiful home w plenty of space to gather (and several rooms to retreat from the hubbub). The pool was enjoyed by all. Short walk to beach for fun in the waves.

We had a fabulous week. The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. The pool area was amazing. The walk to the beach very easy and the beach was gorgeous. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The house was also close to stores and shops. It was so nice to walk the beach early in the morning. The only negative I have to express is that we couldn't get into the house until after 5:30 pm and that was with our family returning back to Island Realty to question the reason why. Island Realty was very apologetic. We had traveled all day and had a baby so it was disappointing the house wasn't ready at 4.

When we arrived all trash bins were full and no bins to use during our whole stay. Also, there was no recycling container. We reported it to the Realty Co but no one came until the last night of our stay. The house needs a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting.

Beautiful property, great location walking to beach. We stayed here for thanksgiving.-great table for dinner. Pool was supposed to be heated and didn’t get turned on until the 3rd day but they reimbursed us difference. Clean and comfortable .

The pool was cloudy and the jets in the pool and the hot tub part were not working . We called maintenance to come and fix the pool. They came and put blue dye in the pool. The Palm trees that are around the pool need to be trimmed. Things kept falling off the palm trees and kept getting in the pool and setting on the bottom. The water in the showers only needs to be turned on about 1/4 of the way or it scalds you. The house is very nice and the kitchen is very well supplied. It is a great location and close to two different beach accesses.

Very disappointed that pool was not pre heated. The pool maintenance company rep came by and said that the temperature was not set at the proper temperature, therefore resulting in my grandchildren losing 2 days of pool use. I do not feel like that Island Realty properly communicated to the maintenance company. I think I should receive credit back for this mistake on realty company!!!

We have stayed in this home now for 8 years, and absolutely love the location, layout, # of rooms and bathrooms, everything ---- ALMOST .... there are a number of convenient amenities that should put this property "over the top", but they are not in working condition and instead leave us frustrated .... outdoor refrigerator by the pool, wine refrigerator, ice maker ... all great things to have that make your vacation life easier, when they work --- but they did not this year, so we instead had to go to the grocery store every morning and buy ice to fill our coolers for beverages for the day.

Our time at 2203 was such an amazing experience. The home has an abundance of privacy for each guest, an incredible layout, and a beautiful outdoor area that became our own personal oasis. The home is only a block away from the beach, but we didn't want to give up any of our time enjoying this wonderful home. We even talked about making this an annual trip. I highly recommend!

We booked this beach house last year for our grandsons wedding this fall. The online pictures looked great and we were not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. Because of COVID, the wedding was outdoors at a beach house only a block convenient.
