Sam is an excellent host who communicates regularly and answers positively to requests. Apartment is well situated near a metro and in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. Noise from upstair neighbours can be a little bothersome in the evening if you spend a lot ot time in the apartment.

This was a great place to stay in Montreal for a night! We found it easily! It was very cool with the lights, the large screen projector and all of the nice upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom. The outside garden looked nice!
Sam was a huge help and responded to us very quickly, within minutes, especially when the codes wouldn't work . He was very helpful and informative every time we messaged him!
The parking was the main issue we had! Being from the US, we didn't understand the signs that were in all French! The parking was pretty impossible unless you went several blocks away to pay for it. We did end up getting a parking ticket because we moved the car closer to load our things. Maybe provide a temporary permit or something like that. We enjoyed our stay there for the night. Thank you!
The only thing was that it needed a little more attention to detail with the cleaning, like the airfryer, the fridge, the things like that.

We had some hiccups with communication and cleanliness, but overall a fabulous place to stay. Great amenities (projector, dishwasher), lots of room, and an ideal location.

This property is really great, and in a very good location for Montreal Pride. The property itself is very clean and really made the whole trip better.
As a Host, Sam is very accommodating and responsive.

Sam has an amazing place...easy to find and easy to get around. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy to get to the Montreal Metro! Sam has an easy contactless entry process, and lightening fast internet! Place is spotlessly clean and very well laid out for short or long stays! I'd definitely stay again if/when in Montreal!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this stay. The host is very hospitable and keeps making improvements during our stay. We had a new AC installed, got additional room cleaning as well as new kitchen supplies during our stay. We really enjoyed this place, particularly the room lights and the bedroom theater. Highly recommends to anyone traveling to Montreal. And thanks to the host!!
