Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors. We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems. What To Bring: - Bring OFF for chiggers/ mosquitoes/ ticks - Favorite coffee and creamers - Food/ Snacks - Condiments - Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics - Ice - Personal Toiletries - Firewood and starters Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished. Below is a list of the items: - 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom - 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom - 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom - 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower - 1 roll of paper towels - 1 bottle of dish soap - 2 sponges - 4 dishwasher pods - 4 tall kitchen garbage bags - 5 coffee pods - Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee - Coffee filters - Small powder creamer - Small sugar - Salt/ pepper - 1 small bottle of laundry soap - 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed) Fireplaces: Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31. This property is located off a gravel road. There is a charging station available. A deer feeder is set up for animal viewing.

This cabin was so cute and absolutely immaculate! The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook up a meal. It was also stocked with glassware and dishes. It even was stocked with a toddler booster, plates, and silverware! There is a Keurig coffee maker that can make a whole pot of coffee for a crowd or single cups. It was stocked with some k-cups, coffee grounds, and filters. Perfect for sipping in the morning while sitting on the comfortable living room furniture! The beds were so comfortable and the linens were clean. I even noticed there was a pack-n-play so if you have little ones that age, no need to lug one there! The bathrooms were squeaky clean and the showers! Oh my gosh! They were so spacious! The shower heads were gigantic and there was also the a handheld one as well. The 3 showers in the cabin were warm and plenty of hot water for our family of 8. The upstairs had a separate bedroom and a loft area with four bunkbeds. The space had a foosball table and an arcade game. Our tweens and teens loved it! The outside provided great entertainment! The hot tub was amazing! Even the kids loved it. This cabin is less then 10 minutes from grocery stores and less than 15 minutes from the beautiful state park! We definitely recommend this cabin! 10/10!

This property was so cute and perfect for hosting. We had 10 of our friends join and the space was perfectly cohesive for meal time, downtime, and all of the hang outs inbetween. The space is perfectly designed for togetherness. You can tell they share about the property and memories that will be made there.

We enjoyed three nights here with our young adult children and their partners. Nicely laid out to give everybody a bit of privacy as needed, but also plenty of room to hang out together. Cottage was clean and well-appointed, with really comfortable beds and great location, although cooking equipment in the kitchen was not ideal (needed some larger pots and pans to cook for a crowd and had to go buy stuff at the local Walmart.) We would love to return, but will bring our own kitchenware next time.

We had an amazing time at The Cottage! There was 6 of us and each couple had their own room and bathroom - it was perfect! Place was very clean and everything was brand new! We will definitely book this place again. Thank you for the cozy weekend getaway!

The set up was great for three families. The house was very nice - it is in a less populated cabin area of Broken Bow so it felt more secluded. Would rent again!

This cabin is tucked away and private which is nice. Space was perfect for two families and the upstairs bunk / playroom was awesome. This turn key cabin made it feel like home. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of work. Great place to unwind off the grid. This place was well equipped with all essentials, plus! We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the grill and hot tub! Beautiful place!

The moment we walked through the front door we were greeted with soft music, open space, the table set and fun things to discover! Upstairs was a kid’s paradise and they spent hours playing the games provided. The younger kids loved the swings and fort outside. The fire pit was wonderful in the evening and lots of s’mores were made. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had every appliance we could ever need! We could not have had a more fun vacation! Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful place to stay!
