Welcome to “Making Memories” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes -Guest must be 18+ to book -Guests will have full access to the home - 7 bed, 5 bath -Keyless entry -Clearwater Beach 4 min walk Bedrooms -Master Bedroom: king, bathroom -Second Bedroom: queen -Third Bedroom: king -Fourth Bedroom: king, bathroom -Fifth Bedroom: queen, bath -Sixth Bedroom: king -Cottage Bedroom: queen, bath Bathrooms -Master Bathroom -Master Bathroom -Bathroom -Bathroom -Bathroom Need to Know -Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000. -Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance to the front porch and another on the southeast corner looking to the backyard. -After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS. -Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one. Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Everything was as advertised. Check in was a breeze and house was in excellent shape. Owner was kind enough to have some distilled water on site because we arrived late in the evening. Would stay here again.

House is very well outfitted and accommodated us and our traveling circus quite well! We rented the entire property which ended up being way more space than what we needed. The small house of the pool offered a great place for littles to nap while allowing everyone else to still enjoy the house. Great house and awesome owner

We had 11 adults (4 couples, 3 singles) and a 3 year-old and the house was perfect!!! We had a couple of minor setbacks that were immediately addressed and resolved by the property manager. When everyone left early to get on their flights my husband and I took our sweet time packing up to leave. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed here for a week in August. We were a group of seven with plenty of room for all of us. The house is kept nice and clean. Very responsive host, although we really didn't have any issues. Location is top with just a few minutes walk to beach, bars and restaurants. We didn't want to leave (which is a very good indication of how comfortable we were) We would definately come back here and highly recommend this property. Thank you for the complimentary coffee pods. It was much appreciated!!

It was such a great location. Easy to find. Cute home.
I loved that the home had a pack n play, high chair, extra blankets. the night lights are SO great. The AC was pumping :) the kitchen had everything we could ever need. Though, who wants to cook on vacay? :)
