You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. 6. Dock lifts are unavailable for guest use, though a boat can be tied to the dock. Parking: This property provides 5 parking spaces. *Pet policy* We can accept 1-2 small dogs weighing 35 pounds or less in this rental with a non-refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; it is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool.
