The communication was great with easy check in. Everything you need to for a comfortable stay. TV was broken but everything else was great. I would stay again.

The room was not clean. There were no immensities. The home owners were loud, late at night and early morning. This was not a place that I would recommend.

House reeked of marijuana and then excessive fragrance used to cover the smell. I let the property manager know and I was told there was no smoking allowed on property. It was clear there were other guests living on property in the other two rooms. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency and had to leave within 24 hours of checking in. I was put on bed rest by the treating doctor for the week I was booked. Upon reaching out to the property manager for consideration of discount or refund, I was only refunded the cleaning fee. On the comfort level, the bed is very hard almost like a board. The water has been governed so not much pressure in the shower.

Carmen and Ray are such excellent host. They were so accommodating and helpful. This is the place I will stay for all my future trips to Orlando. The home was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could need. If you are looking for a great place to stay lol no further. This is a great home in a great neighborhood. I would run almost every morning at 5 AM and felt completely safe. Carmen and Ray take excellent care of the property. I am so thankful I had the privilege to stay with them.
